JC Mechanical Heating & Cooling

JC Mechanical installed a Bosch Heat Pump about 20 months ago. They did a very good job on installation and are Friendly. I would not recommend JC Mechanical for service and installation. He is always busy so if you have a problem, he cannot devote much time troubleshooting since he is always backed up with work. My heat pump is dead running on emergeny heat. This company is basically a one man show. He needs to do better supporting his existing residential customers to the fullest. He try’s but it does not happen. Also, Bosch heat pumps in my opinion are not very reliable. Talked with other installers and they are shying away from Bosch due their technical support.

J.C. Mechanical (Jason, Trevor, and Super Crew) are THE BEST!! Jason is an outstanding human-being. And, as one would expect, he operates an outstanding company!! Practically speaking, your going to get 5-star service, at a very reasonable price, every time he shows-up. Personally speaking, he really cares about his customers. Of course, if all your interested in is the practical, then Jason and Crew are the best. Although, along with his stellar service you're also getting a "Guy who really cares". He is always there for his customers, while always bringing decency, kindness, high-level competency, professionalism, and excellence to the table at every turn. I have been waiting for a year and a half to have a new oil furnace installed. I understand with Covid and supply issues there are delays but lack of updates and responses have been few and far between. I tried to cancel but cannot afford the loss of the deposit. On the positive side my old furnace is still running. Finally had a new furnace installed by someone else before the 2 year mark. Am hoping for a refund and also contacted BBB but no response again. Will need to go the legal route.

JC Mechanical is top notch. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They installed our system quickly withou a mess. Great service and highly recommend.

Jason seemed very good while installing our air conditioner, but was incredibly unresponsive afterwards when we discovered that the unit had issues. He eventually refused to respond to our calls, texts or emails. We have had to find another HVAC company to repair the issues.
