Working with Kathy, I was able to get an appointment for the next day after calling to get service. A replacement unit was installed two days after that.

Our heat stopped working this afternoon we called Services United for an emergency appointment. Nancy who answered the phone was friendly and very helpful. Brad came out to diagnose the issue and found it was a problem with the thermostat. He replaced it quickly and we were back up and running in no time. He was friendly and punctual. We recommend this company to everyone we know. The entire staff is always a pleasure to do business with.

I am soooo pleased with my ductless unit and the service contract that came with this. I have had it for a few years now and keep up with the maintenance yearly and all I have to do is clean the filters every so often which is easy to do. I highly recommend this company. 10 STARS if I could.

Pete Rodriguez came to do my gas tune up and unit cleaning, he was very professional and shared a few beneficial pointers. The company overall is pretty good and very punctual especially when you have a maintenance agreement. Ive been using the company for a year now and I'm pretty pleased.

When I called this business for work needed at our church, someone answered the phone, an actual person. Great customer service. Great, timely response. Great work by experienced technicians. We will call again when necessary.

They maintain our gas boiler for heat and they installed a brand new central air system just last month. Had an issue with the central air that I called emergent service for. Definitely make sure you sign up for their ESA program it is well worth the little bit a month it is. The emergency on call person wasn’t great but then Nate came in the morning to double check the issue and had it figured out in less than 15 seconds what the problem was. He clearly knows more about the inns and outs of the system than I could ever dream of. We were up and running perfectly again in less than an hour. I’m so exceedingly happy I have them taking care of all my houses essential systems.

Updated review, had our 1 year old AC unit fail in our home we moved into last year. They got us scheduled and up and running the same day and fully repaired 4 days later! Joe S was super fast and knowledgeable with getting our system repaired. I still will never use anyone else other than Services United.

Matt was able to get
here earlier than expected. He was very thorough checking to make sure our system was operating properly. He explained everything and was very courteous. No complaints here.

Replaced my old R-22 system that was developing Freon leaks. They came out quickly, looked over my current system then made recommendations and gave me a price right on the spot. The new system was installed in 1 day, less than a week after the initial call. Matt and Simon were the tech's that did most of the work. Both were professional and very friendly. They took the time to show me how the new programmable thermostat worked before they left. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards too.
