Love working with Services United! Kathy called me back in record time and got a technician to come out that same morning! Matt P was awesome - professional, knowledgeable and was great at explaining everything. He made sure he addressed all my concerns before he left. Great pricing, speedy fix, and the best part - my house is cool again! 🙂 10/10 would recommend!

Have been using Services United for several years now. Always very professional, on time and knowledgeable. Installed our furnace 3 years ago and air conditioning system last week. We dealt with Matt, who was a terrific technician that knows his stuff. We would highly recommend this company for all of your energy needs.

My furnace completely went this past December, right before Christmas. I had Services United Replace it. I had had 5 estimates done first. Their quote was almost exact as 3 others but they offered to replace my old hot water to for an extra $500 which i thought was very reasonable. I had to wait about a week for them to get to it which wasn't to bad . There were other companies that came out that said it would be 2 or 3 weeks or more before they could do it. The service people were nice. They were were cautious not to let my cats get out while bringing in equipment. They did a great job on furnace as far as i can tell. Everything has been going good. Absolutely no problems!

Service was on time and serviceman Joe was very efficient and pleasant. He offered us some useful advice.

We called for several estimates. Services United were quick to send someone, offered a very competitive price, and were able to schedule the service within 1 week. The technicians were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They completed the job in the timeframe promised and cleaned up afterwards. Services Unlimited installed both my furnace and air conditioner unit within three weeks of each other. The estimators for both jobs sat down and explained everything to us in layman terms to make it easy for us to make a sound decision. The service technicians for both jobs were on-time, professional and did a good job cleaning up once finished. Dan arrived right on time and it was really nice to get a call letting me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and courteous, even when my two dogs made a big fuss over the new face in their house. He was very thorough and gave our heating system a clean bill of health which is nice to hear with winter soon to be hhere.The woman who answered my call was very pleasant and scheduled our service when it was convenient for us as opposed to some companies I've dealt with who seem to schedule service calls when it's most convenient to them. All in all a very good experience and we will be Using Services United again.

Been with Services United for six years. Excellent service, always! Over the years they’ve installed a new oil boiler and new AC and service calls have always been great. Every tech that’s ever been to my home has done a great job! Kathy in the office is just fantastic!

Service United was very quick on sending Dave out and getting us a new system…..Gary and Dale were professional and cleaned up everything…..Devin walked us through everything at the end……The office girls Jerri and Cathy were very friendly and went above and beyond with any questions I had
