All personnel from Delfera were friendly and professtional. Communication on the process and timing was excellent. HVAC system was installed quickly and the techs took care to protect the floors and other property from any damage. Would highly recommend this company.

DelFera did a wonderful job installing an updated heater and AC for our house in one day!! The install guys were knowledgable, polite, cleaned up as they worked, kept us apprised of progress and explained everything thoroughly. We even had a visit from the owner Ray who wanted to make sure all was going as planned. We also received a big box of chocolate covered pretzels from Kelly's Candy as their thank you for doing business with them!! We highly recommend Delfera, they get the job done right!!

Tech replaced a part that was needed but did not fix the issue. He recommended another company that had more experience with the type of system that we have. We set an appt with them for early next week. Great experience and would gladly use them again.

Technician arrived very friendly checked the system had a bad part replaced and now working. I received same day appointment when I called and never used them before Highly recommend them. Will definitely use again if needed.

They showed up on time and diagnosed that my oil boiler was not working because it was not receiving oil. That information and a new nossle was worth something. They suggested a new unit based on mine being old (22 years old) or a device that removes air from the oil. I passed on their offers and later found that the oil line that runs through the top and into my tank was damage, extending down into the tank ~10 inches. I replaced it and its been working fine since. I feel they missed the root cause of the problem, but were eager to suggest a full replacement.

I am very pleased with the entire process with Delfera Heating from start to finish. Melissa, at the office, was very kind and helpful. The guys that did the installation were pleasant and really took their time to explain everything. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. I was impressed with the fact that someone came by later to check and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even brought a delicious thank you gift!! Great customer care and service means a lot. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Nick was a FABULOUS technician! He answered all of my questions and fixed the problem for a very fair price! Would highly recommend this company!

DelFera came out and replaced my heater/ac in 1day. No mess, employees were so nice even though my dog kept barking at them. At the end another guy came out and inspected the job and gave me a thank you gift. Such a nice experience!!!

Needed a new AC unit. I have a contract with Delfera heating and cooling company and they are great to work with. Easy to work with and reasonably priced. My new AC unit was installed quickly and efficiently. The techs were on time and pleasant and cleaned up and removed all debris. Would highly recommend Delfera.
