Kudos to Andrew! To start, I contacted Delfera with my issue and they collected accurate notes of my issue. Andrew came the next day after submission of issue and diagnosed the problem with swift expertise. The team was here 20 minutes tops.

Pleasant experience from the customer service reps, to scheduling and post appointment communication. I appreciated receiving a text when the tech was in route along with their photo. Met with Dave to diagnose an issue with a boiler. I appreciated his promptness in addition was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t take long to diagnose the issue.

Delfara has far exceeded my expectations in an HVAC company. I started using the company when I purchased my home 3 years ago for biannualAmaintenance. My HVAC system was over 20 years old and at each inspection Dave was candid about the issues I faced with my old system.
He serviced my system last week and he answered ever question I had about when I should replace the old system.
He stayed longer than necessary but after a detailed inquisition…. By me…. I decided to replace the old system….
Fast forward to today.. Rodger and Chris promptly arrive at 7:30am. They worked diligently and professionally throughout the entire day… despite the sweltering temperatures, without any downtime they replaced my HVAC system. They answered every single question I had with detail and specificity.

On Saturday, 1/21, I woke to a chilly house. I called DelFera a little before 9:00am and Brett arrived within a half hour. He ran multiple test and he determined that the blower was shot. I believe he even tried to get the blower to work, to no avail. Since the heater was over 30 years old we decided to replace my system, heat and air (AC was 26 years old). On Tuesday, 1/24, Rodger arrived 30 minutes ahead of the estimated arrival time. Matt arrived shortly thereafter. In about 6 hours these guys had stripped out the old and installed the new; both heat & AC. They were finished and I had heat. After they had finished, Bob stopped to make sure I was satisfied. I think the word awesome gets overused these days, but these guys are AWESOME!! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and dedicated. As for the price, I don’t know. The estimated was much lower than I expected so I was happy with that. Having talked with Ray in the past, and having Brett here to assess, I wasn’t shopping around. I had a good feeling about this group. I would not hesitate to recommend them, or call them in the future should the need arrive. Thanks guys!!!

Came home on Sunday night to realize the furnace blower motor had stopped working. I called Delfera’s and they had us up and running within 24 hours, and that was with a part needing to be ordered for an older unit. We have an 8 month old son so getting this done quickly was important and they delivered. What more could you ask for!

Great company. Stand by their work. Loved our technician Phil. A pleasure to have in our home! We had a slight issue after our tune up and Phil came right out and fixed everything! He was very knowledgeable, polite, personable and friendly. He explained everything about our heating system, answered all of our questions and was finished up in no time. Awesome job delfera and outstanding job Phil! We will definitely use this company for all future repairs and maintenance!

Great experience from Salesperson to all the various installer. Job was done efficiently and install went flawlessly. The pricing was very good as well. I felt good about the whole process. Would highly recommend if you are in need of a new HVAC SYSTEM.

Delfera Heating and cooling are the best! I called with a hot water heater problem and within 24 hours they were at my house replacing it! Ray and his guys are very knowledgeable and were in and out in no time! A very happy customer here!
