Friendly and competent business. We were without heat, inside temperature of 49 degrees overnight. We called the office in the morning, and Ron was out the same day to service the furnace. With a lot of knowledge and a little cleaning, we were nice and toasty warm by the time he left!

The technician was polite and professional. Even though he was schedule for a more through procedure, he found that unnecessary and opted for a less expensive resolution saving me money on the call. I highly recommend this business.
