They replaced our furnace about a month ago and are installing our new gas fireplace on Friday. I’d say their customer service is fantastic. Their staff, are always very professional. We love Coast Heating. We have two big heat pumps and have had more than one issue and when we called Coast Heating they come right away and always troubleshoot and go for smaller problems rather than just suggested replacing things right away.
