I am happy with the job. They are professional and the staff was very friendly. Most of all, they were punctual and completed the job seamlessly. I would certainly come back to coastal heating for my next HVAC job.

Only thing I would like to comment was the experience during billing. We had to arrange two visits and made a verbal agreement for single pay. Regrettably this verbal agreement was not honored when I received the bill. I suggest always keep written confirmation for billing, not verbal to avoid any confusion going forward. I am sure my next business with them will be more satisfactory.

From the very start of the project Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. During and after the installation, Ron was a very good communicator and they lived up to their estimated time schedule for installation.

Personally, I converted my home from electric to naturel gas. Ron worked with the gas company while ordering the furnace and on-demand water heater, and I purchased stove, washer and dryer appliances to complete the conversion which required an electrician and plumber. Not only is Ron's team knowledgeable and on the ball, the contractors associated with Ron have proven themselves just as competent in working with Coast as they respect his honest work ethic. Providing excellent service all the way around, I would highly recommend Coast Heating & Cooling for any furnace, water heating, AC, fireplace or dryer needs.
