They came out last fall to install a gas line to our patio for a fire pit. They couldn't complete the job until we had the actual fire pit and told us to call back when we got it. The fire pit arrived this spring, so I called to schedule the completion of the job. And all I'm told is "we'll call you back when we get the schedule made up." That was almost a week ago, so I called again. Same answer. The woman I spoke to is snotty and very unprofessional. Even though the cost of this installation was paid for by our builder, I will use another company and pay out-of-pocket to complete the job. Obviously White's is not interested in following through on the small job they started last fall. I would NOT recommend this company, and the woman answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment and customer service training!
we had some issues with our heating and cooling system recently installed. Scott White was very responsive and competently addressed the issues with an excellent team member named Bill. Bill had a great attitude and was relentless in fixing some challenging issues, stayed until he was done, cleaned up and was very protective of our home. In order to finish he worked Saturday too. The system is working much better. I highly recommend this company- excellent service and commitment to excellence.
We recently purchased a home and called White's to get a quote for a furnace and heat pump. I was told that the estimator would call me back to set the appointment. When I called a week later to say that I hadn't been contacted, I was told that it's because he's too busy and won't have any time to look at it, and that if we have another company we're considering, we should just go that direction. I guess it's one thing if you're too busy to accept new business, but this could have been handled differently. I definitely do not recommend this company.
Incredible company!! Two separate situations they responded immediately and fixed the problem at a very fair price. The technician was professional courteous and did an outstanding job. Call Whites..you will not be sorry.
White's Heating has great customer service and great teams out working in the field. They are super friendly and will help customers make an informed decision on which heating systems are effective and efficient for their lifestyle.
We had a gas stove at our Cannon Beach home that wouldn't light, which was diagnosed as a bad igniter. When the White's tech came out to install the igniter he found a lose wire that was causing the problem. He reattached the wire and took the igniter back, charging us for just a simple service call. He could have easily gone ahead and installed the new igniter and charged much more. I would highly recommend White's for your service needs.
Wonderful and professional people. Really helpful for solving our problem and offered some items for free to us. I will now use them for all of our HVAC or woodstove needs.
