We have been fortunate to be working with the team at Diamond Heating through our home remodel. In 2021, they installed natural gas furnace and water heater with great results. This year, they installed our new fireplace, which we love. The team is always on-time, professional, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond Heating to anyone. They do great work!

I called Diamond when our HVAC stopped working. Their service tech, CJ came out and diagnosed the problem and replaced the capacitor in short order. He tested all the systems to be sure everything was working properly and answered my questions. Fast and efficient service at a fair price. I highly recommend Diamond Heating.

We have used Diamond in the past and Dan has been great about giving us the straight scoop and not wasting our money.

We were worried about our pretty old heat pump and Dan, the owner, came out and looked at our system.

Dan told us to wait until it dies, as it works fine now.

He offered up a solution to our main problem, hot upstairs and cold downstairs, and Diamond is going to install a two zone system.

Diamond saved us $$ and is going to fix a problem that another HVAC said could not be done.

There is a reason that everyone I know says use Diamond.

We had several heating company’s look at our heating system and tell us we needed expensive parts replace to fix the problem we were experiencing. We had some of these parts replaced but the problem didn’t go away. Next on the list was Dimond Heating. Long story short they found the problem was just a bad wire connection. If I had called them first I would have saved a lot of money.

Had a pellet stove insert installed, had to wait for the stove but the installers were top notch and very professional. Would def recommend to anyone!

So I have been living on the coast for 18 years. Our home was built in 1890. The heater was top of the line in 1963. Still running. The previous owner lived her for 30 years. Unit is still running fantastically because of Diamond Heating. They come out once a years and service this machine. They are Honest, come in a timely manner, great service personnel. Oh and the office personnel are fantastic. I believe the prices are very fair. So when my sisters heating unit broke a bracket, they tried to repair her elderly unit. But we’re unable, she purchased her new heating unit from Diamond Heating. They ordered the unit and came out asap. It’s the coast of Oregon, summer, after Covid. Parts, repair people, and installation is complicated. We need to be patient right now. But they are amazing! The electrician is coming this week. And her furnace will be installed way before it’s needed. I have used all of the heating companies up and down the coast. And I recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first time using Diamond and I did so at the recommendation of others. When scheduling the appointment, I said I would be willing to wait in order to get a very experienced technician as my equipment is old. I hit the jackpot with Glen Ely. He showed up early, was friendly, professional, had all the tools he needed, explained the issues thoroughly but not in a condescending way, and was more than happy to show me how to do some things for myself in the future. He listened to my issues and explained how he would go about understanding and then resolving the issues. He was better than the company who installed the equipment (gas furnace and gas fireplace insert) in the first place! I will definitely stick with Diamond Heating in the future and with Glen in particular. Although Glen did explain if he isn't available to make the call---I had asked him if I can request him in the future--he explained he's always available to consult with the technician, if needed or I request. So, either way, I'll have the benefit of Glen's expertise. Well done, Glen, and well done Diamond Heating!

Tyler Neale the technician for Diamond Heating did an outstanding job. The Ductless heating &A/C unit was due for yearly service and inspection. This was the first time I had used Diamond Heading and very glad we did.

First off, I want to qualify this review. I own a commercial construction company and deal with a lot of different subcontractors. This time the installation was for me in my house. Diamond Heating installed a new fireplace insert. The insert is awesome. Better yet are the guys who installed the fireplace. They showed up on time, put down walking pads, and kept things clean. They communicated great and when they left, I had a new fireplace and things were cleaner than when they started. I can't say enough good things about Diamond Heating. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the Diamond Heating team as well as their products. We have been remodeling an old coastal home and needed to install central heating, get a new water heater and wanted a nice gas insert fireplace. I know product lines well and am very particular about expert installation and good maintenance service, so I researched companies well and decided to try Diamond Heating out last year for our central heating installation. In short, the job was intricate and amazingly clean with top-notch installers who gave me daily reports and photos and have been on call for any questions I've had the past year. I proceeded to choose Diamond for our tankless hot water system, and again....they hit it out of the park. And just this week we completed our gas fireplace installation. It's fantastic and expertly installed. While the equipment, installation and service is above all the most important, the best part of dealing with Diamond Heating is the personnel. From the quote experts to the installation team to the scheduling and administrative team, the Diamond team is really amazing. They are very kind, are very straight shooters, and get right back to you no matter what the issue. It's an enormous relief to have the main "guts" of our house covered well now and I know into the future with the way the Diamond Heating team handles their business. My shout outs go to Jody, Amy, Shelby, Ali, Glen, Dallas, Justin and Andrew as they've all been excellent for our house and products.
