Justin was helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. We will be using Diamond heating for all our heating service requirements from now on.

I had a great experience with Diamond Heating. They came out faster than anyone else could by weeks. My technician, Brady, was friendly, professional and really seemed to enjoy his job. I had great service over the phone and I’m a fan now for sure.

Our furnace stopped working and Brady from Diamond Heating arrived on time. He patiently and thoroughly checked everything out, adjusted and cleaned the furnace/filter which has not been serviced since we bought the house 5 years ago (yes, we forgot about it). The furnace worked again although some corroded areas/parts will need to be replaced next year when we will call them for the yearly tune up. He wrote down the part # that will to be replaced next year in his detailed invoice.

Brady pointed out more corroded areas at the exhaust area outside the furnace and suggested we built a cover over it to prevent water from dripping on it. He also pointed out that our propane tank had a leak.

We called Ferrel Gas who came out to check it and they decided to replace the propane tank in its entirety. We certainly appreciate Brady's pointing this out for us.

I was impressed by Brady's attitude, knowledge ,thoroughness; he was detail oriented and fair. We appreciate him and Diamond Heating Inc very much and would use or refer this company without hesitation. Thank you Diamond Heating Inc, and thank you Brady!!

Exceptional service! Diamond heating was extremely responsive and clearly care about their customers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. What I thought was an unsolvable problem they quickly resolved and saved me thousands of dollars which was a huge help to myself and my family. I wasn't expecting to see this level of integrity and commitment in this small community that is usually reserved for a larger market. Our gas fireplace stopped working. Tyler came out to have a look, then needed to order a part and come back. We were so impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge, and most especially his personable nature and thoughtfulness. He is a keeper! I run a small retail store here in Seaside and when the air conditioning went out I was referred to Diamond Heating. Within a few days of contacting them the tech Brady was on site and quickly diagnosed the issue and got me a quote. Brady did a great job keeping us updated on the status of the parts ordered and quickly returned once the parts were received. The air conditioning is now fixed and we are all happy. Dan Nelson and his team are AMAZING!!! We just had a gorgeous new fireplace insert installed by Todd and Tom! They came right on time with a smile, enthusiasm, and ready to do an excellent job! They were polite, clean, funny, and made the installation look easy! They wouldn't leave until everything was perfect! Thank you so much! We LOVE our new fireplace!!!

The service is exceptional. Our gas stove is 10 years old, worth every penny of the service call to keep it up to speed. It runs like new

We had Diamond Heating install all our required heating, air conditioning and venting for a medical marijuana grow room. They know their business! They were knowledgeable about the complete set up needed for my specific needs. We were very impressed with their prompt service and they quickly answered questions and were a delight to work with. I would recommend these guys to anybody!
