We had Diamond Heating replace two tank HW heaters with one tankless and replace a forced-air heating system with below-floor radiant hot water heating. We could not be more happy with both projects and the integrity of the team at Diamond Heating. The owner Dan Nelson is very much a stand-up guy; our main installer Glen was really excellent. It means so much to us to have people work on our home who we can trust to do the job right and at a fair price.

Excellent service from beginning to end of our project. Jodi came over and gave us our bid and was very well informed about products, Shelby at front desk was always very friendly and helpful, Amy was our technical go to person who knew her stuff about installation, and Dallas was our technician who was amazing at giving us the finishing product we dreamed of. Recently had Diamond in to service our furnace, A/C and gas fireplace. They were easy to work with and get scheduled, on time, pleasant and professional. Will definitely use again.

They act very friendly and helpful on the phone...when you can get them to call back. It's taken weeks a few times with reminder calls, though partly apparently due to Lopi's slowness. But a service call is $125 to Long Beach and does not count toward any labor, though when a tech did stop by to check out which parts to order there was no charge. However, he did not seem like an expert in wood stoves as far as trouble shooting our problem. I will not have them install the parts for $150/hr.

Diamond Heating has serviced our hotels for over seven years and we have enjoyed our partnership with them. They are prompt, reasonable and offer ongoing services and training. Fantastic team of people. In a hotel you have several means of heating your building from PTAC to HVAC to Fireplaces. They service, install and help with all of these.

During this COVID-19 crisis my 77 year old, disabled mother's furnace quit working, with their workforce depleted the owner came out to take a look at the system and was able to diagnose a simple fix. His charge for his visit was $0. He took a little time to inspect the system and noted some things that are out of date, not up to current standards. I would recommend them if this is the character of the owner, I assume the company as a whole is the same. Thank you.

Diamond Heating was prompt, efficient, and reasonable. Their prices were fair and their installation very professional. They have done work at my home and my job and we are very pleased with them.

Our furnace started acting up, right in the middle of one our cold snaps, … of course. It did take them three trips to our home to discover the source of the problem, but that was because it was an intermittent problem that did not display itself in the presence of the repair man. Again, of course! They responded to my calls immediately all three times. Our home is once again warm and cozy. Thank you guys. NINETY-FIVE DOLLARS to give me a repair bid!!! No work. Nada. Just a bid. Then, MY CREDIT CARD WAS REQUIRED TO ORDER PARTS. This tells me they have lousy credit and no credit line with their manufacturer. After taking my credit card, woman says it will take four to eight weeks for parts to arrive. So, they use my money for operating capital up to eight weeks. Never, never again will I do business with this company. Tell your friends and family.
