I contacted Coast to fix the problems with my heat pump. The company that installed it (not Coast) did not fix the problem in 3 years of my calling them back. Coast is prompt, polite, and most of all knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in one visit! I can’t recommend Coast Heating and Cooling enough.

Called because I was having a heat issue and wanted it fixed right away. They offered me an after hours slot the same day. There was going to be an additional cost for this, but the technician showed up early and saved me about $100. He was very helpful and got right to work. Turned out the issue was the thermostat. Gave me an excuse to upgrade to a nest thermostat. The tech even offered to provide phone support if I needed any help installing my new thermostat later and gave me some helpful tips to make the install go smoothly. Great service!
