Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I first used this business a year and a half ago when my heater stopped working.
They responded quickly and sent someone out to repair the heater the same day.
The technicians repaired the issue and checked that it worked before they left.
Two days later it was inoperative once more,and technicians where sent out again at no cost, to repair the issue. All was good up to this point.
This year I decided to sign up for their maintenance program, a technician came and serviced heating and cooling and said he had completed ,but did not check to make sure all worked.
Next morning my heating wouldn't come on, so I called and someone else was sent out to see what the problem was.
He said to me that a part was broken and it needed to be repaired,of course I asked how the gentleman that was here the previous day to service,did not see that, and added that he never reconfirmed that all was working right.
The response was that he would report the issue,have the part ordered,and that I would receive a discount for the new part when they received the part .
After not hearing anything back from Central Oregon heating for ten days, I called back only to be told that there had been no follow up from the technician,and that they would get back to me.
It has been another two weeks since then,at at this point I will be contacting another business to have the heater repaired for the third time in a year and a half,mind you that this is a two year old heater.
I have had a very disappointing experience with this company,and feel that I have literally thrown 140 dollars which I paid for the maintenance , out the window!

Responded fairly promptly to furnace problem, ordered parts required payment & repaired furnace two weeks later . Would not submit estimate to insurance for authorization. Unable to get receipts for payment to submit to insurance. I was put on hold for half hour one time, and was never able to get receipts as requested.

Chris and Rob were awesome. Taught me a lot about my system and found/fixed issues they weren’t even out here for.

Installed a dishwasher in an older house with questionable existing plumbing connections and electrical…. He installed it perfect.

Always and very pleased with the Madras area staff. Very courteous explain in detail what's needs to be done. Always complete the job in a timely manner. Big thumbs up.

It's not a good day when water shoots out of your wall onto your floor but this Company/Cody came to the rescue to cap the problem and quickly to boot!

I was able to get help really quickly regarding my heating not working. Matt was the service technician who came out and diagnosed the issue. Fixed it easily and quickly. He was very kind and helpful. Thanks!

This experience was everything you would expect and more. The job turned out to be much larger than expected. Mike took the time and even stayed late to ensure it was done correctly. Would definitely recommend hiring Central Oregon Plumbing.

The tech was very personable when he showed up for the initial inspection, however all follow up after has been awful. I call the office to see what repairs are needed because the tech didn't have details, just put the work order in. And every time I call, it's like starting over. They have no idea what service has been performed and constantly ask if I need the whole system replaced. They already have all of the information and data on what services and parts I need ordered and performed, and still it's like talking to someone in outer space. Finally two weeks after the promised date someone from parts called with an update, but they couldn't even talk to me in something I could understand, all they could say were this was -132 and that was the lowest I could find across 4 different places. I couldn't tell you if that was the cost, or a part number of what. These people don't explain anything and over promise and WAY under deliver.
