Richard & Lyle were very professional & easy to work with. They were able to trouble shoot our very dated 1968 furnace & get our heat going again on a very cold (26°) evening! The price was reasonable too! Thanks again!

After making an appointment, the technician was late without calling. He stated someone would be in touch after a day or two. I had to follow up 8 times in a two week period, each time someone promising to call back, no one ever did. I'm happy to finally not need to work with them anymore, and I hope I can find a more attentive business in the future.

Great service. My plumbing issue wasn’t urgent and still was able to get an appt in just a few days. Person showed up right on time and the issue solved quickly. Good price too.

Recently. This Service Tech was suppose to fix my heat pump after 8 weeks of waiting. This service Tech broke my thermostat off the wall of my home. It meant I had to go buy a new Thermostat that cost me $250. They still want me to pay for the service call, $150. They should be reimbursing me for the new thermostat I had to purchase, $250.
The service department after several attempts before the appointment to contact them. They never returned any of my phone calls.
If you want good service, returned calls, techs to be knowledgeable and to not break your thermostats off your walls. Go to another company.

Adam and Greg were professional and friendly, and did an excellent job. Besides the water heater maintenance, They unclogged my bathroom sink drains, which I didn't realize was part of the inspection and was extremely helpful!

I just had a new mini-split heat pump system installed. The salesman, Jack, and the primary system installer, Fred, were very knowledgeable and responsive. The entire crew was very professional, and friendly. This was a difficult installation because I live in a log house, with uneven surfaces inside and out. Fred was very creative in his solutions to the problems that came up.

The flash boiler quit at 4 a.m. I called 5 a.m. and was told I would be getting a call from the technician. I did not get a call. I called back at 9 a.m. and got a sincere apology with an update as to when he would arrive. He came at 4:30 and was done by 5:30. He did a professional job of installing and testing the new igniter. The boiler works great now! Warm floors, hot water and comfort! TY COHC!

Adam Brown not only inspected and flushed my water heater he also shoveled my driveway. Thank you Adam, you are the best!
