Called emergency service on weekend due to furnace not working. Matthew was on call and got to our house within 30 minutes. He was extremely kind and informative. Very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Return customer - Mike did a diagnostic check on our furnace. He was prompt and courteous and explained the situation thoroughly. Also got a call from Jack who came same day to evaluate the old furnace and it’s problems. Very nice and communication was excellent as to what options we were facing. Again very thorough, straight to the point, and a good sense of humor. They are very professional and highly recommend them for your heating needs.

Have used this business several times for HVAC in our home. Always great service and fair prices. Knowledgeable and friendly techs. Our A/C quit working yesterday in this heat wave. They came out first thing this morning! Today's tech Jim explained his work while I watched. A rare experience in today's world. System is now you and running again. Thank you!

CO Heating sent someone to address the problem I was having in an appropriate timeframe. Chad was friendly and professional. He communicated what he found and what he did to fix the issue. The job was completed quickly. I can't think of a thing they could have done better.

Central Oregon heating serviced our propane heat stove in our cabin. They arrived on time and performed all services to high level. We would recommend them to anyone in central Oregon looking for HVAC services.

These folks are outstanding, responsive, and overall great to work with. Particularly “Mike” from the team is AMAZING! He’s highly accessible, goes above and beyond his call of duty, and personally follows up (especially during the record setting heats this summer of 2022). Come Xmas time I may need to figure out a special way to recognize the team :)

Might want to talk to whoever you have driving around the local data centers, when driving on a jobsite where the speed is 10mph for a very good reason and there are stop signs, its usually a good idea to stick to those rules. They're not suggestions. They are there because of the thousand plus workers walking around along with the current employees of the data centers. It doesn't look good when your guy barely even slows down through the stop sign and goes way too fast through the jobsite. Ive almost been hit twice in 4 years by dumb people going too fast. Slow down.

The tech did a very good job explaining the issues with the heating system - both indoor and outdoor units. He did the repairs in a timely manner and got the system ready for the winter season.

Called for furnace and gas fireplace service and fan replacement in gas fireplace. Service was complete but the fan was forgotten. I called them the next day and they came back to find out which part to order. I then heard nothing further. Called twice and emailef to try and get them to complete the work and never heard back. When I got another company out they also found the fireplace to be very dirty and half the flames not working because it hadn't been cleaned out. Over 300$ for a half complete job

Andy was super quick and efficient with his work! He was very professional and solved the problem quickly. He was able to fix both issues we had while He was here. An amazing and excellent worker!
