My furnace stopped working on a Friday evening. I called first thing Saturday morning. He arrived in a flash and had the part replaced right away. More grateful than you can know. The gentleman was professional, efficient, and very nice. Thank you!

This morning on a Friday our water heater started gushing out water. Instantly I called Central Oregon heating and cooling. I use them for the business I work for so I knew they would be prompt and professional. They came right on time and told me what I needed to fix it. I told the guys I would have to wait to repair it since it is Christmas time, and I had no savings. Other than what I was using to do the diagnostic. The two gentleman that came called their boss to see what they could do for my family of 5. The boss and the “big boss” came to my house and told the gentleman to fix it free of cost. I feel so incredibly grateful right now. This was the best Christmas present. I honestly don’t think any other company would do that for their customers. Central Oregon heating and cooling is hands down the best company I have worked with.
They fixed it so fast and turned my water back on for me. Thank you so much; my family and I cannot wait to be able to pay it forward!

We had COHC&P install a new high-efficiency furnace, heat pump and thermostat. We contacted 3 companies for bids, and CO was the most thorough in their evaluation of our home and listening to our requirements & preferences. When we had questions, they generally were back to us in a timely manner, and they were direct in their answers. They were happy to revise the bid when we offered additional ideas and questions. Payment terms were clear and accurate. Scheduling of the installation was sooner than we thought possible and completed when promised. The installation was completed in 1 d (even though a major installation). The installation was completed without incident. We are now in the process of having the city inspection completed. Also, when the installation and sales people realized they needed to upgrade the surge protector, they agreed to do that in a timely fashion and for no additional charge. Thus far, the system has performed flawlessly and we are quite pleased with it.

Chris (sales) has been great. He has spent whatever time with us that we needed, has been professional, thorough, responsive, and listened closely to us. He respected our home and our time.

Dustin & Mike (installation) were awesome. They were clearly expert in the process, efficient, knowledgeable, complete, and they cleaned up when finished. They explained things to us, showed us how to run the system, and they were patient with our questions. The work was completed in a professional manner , on time, and is neat and complete.

The front office was available, polite, and helpful.

Arrived on time and my technician was very helpful. Routine maintenance was performed and they helped me make adjustments to save on my heating bill and protect the longevity of my unit.

Very impressed and highly recommend Central Oregon HCP. Matt, the service tech dispatched to our home was quick to access our heating issue, was extremely knowledgeable and didn't mind me observing and asking questions thruout his diagnostic process. The same day response in less than 4hrs was also a huge plus.
