Took no time at all very friendly and professional. My stove works! Good price for the work that was done. This is my second experience with central Oregon heating and cooling and I highly recommend! Thanks again for getting my new stove running properly.

I use this company to check out and maintain my HVAC twice per year (fall and spring). Last fall they identified an issue and repaired it and in turn my system has run more efficiently and uses less energy now. I appreciate the professionalism of their service techs as well.

We've used several heating and cooling companies over the years but done as professional as CH&C. I'd like to give a shout out to Brandy who took our call on a Saturday and quickly dispatched a technician to our home. Brandy possesses all of the qualities you want in a customer service person: Knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and urgency. She was articulate and upbeat while focusing on the details of our situation. As a customer service trainer by profession, I'd like to say that Brandy should never be in need of one of my classes. She seems to possess, inherently, what many others have a hard time grasping. Because of her efficiency and follow-through, our technician, Jim, quickly diagnosed and corrected our problem. If you're looking for transparency and good communication in dealing with a contractor, I highly recommend Central Heating & Cooling. They know what they're doing!

Outstanding professional and customer service Mike Dickson was a knowledgeable and skill technician that took the time to listen and understand the issue He resolved the issue quickly and took the time to explain it to me. I have the greatest respect and confidence in this man and the company.

Hot water failed in gas water heater. Multiple reigniting of pilot light failed. A new valve was needed. Not happy that that part of the water heater failed when it was not quite 3 years old from this companies initial installation but they honored the warranty and just charged me for labor. They came out the same afternoon which was great!!! Thank you!

Front office called to update arrival time when the plumbers needed more time with the customer before me. So appreciated being kept in the loop.
Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Enjoyed the friendly and professional attitude with the plumbers. Rate was very reasonable. Many thanks.

Alright. I'll be honest. It was my fault the AC wasn't working. The wait to get out here was about a week which I thought was reasonable. Turns out, I had wired something incorrectly. Tech took all of 5 mins to figure out the problem and was out in 10 mins (most of it being a waiting cycle for the system to start working). We laughed, I paid him, he was super cool, and my AC works. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

The quality of professionalism and service was exemplary. This was a difficult job, tracking possibly multiple causes for our mini-split heat pump malfunctions. Special thanks to a great service tech, Chris! Amid freezing cold and snow, he came numerous times to track down the problems, always with a smile, patience and a great attitude. Success! He did it and a sincere handshake to him and Central Ore Heating and Cooling. We’ll definitely be using them again.
