Pioneer Gas Furnace

We bought our furnace and air conditioner from Pioneer Gas Furnace in 2002 and 2006.. They have been our go-to service people ever since. They are very good at what they do.

During the February snow/Ice storm we lost power and could not get the gas fireplace started. Called Pioneer Gas after hours and left a voicemail for Mike, he returned the call within 15 minutes and was at our home an hour later driving thought snow and ice. He took our fireplace apart and got it going somehow so we had heat. I am a Pioneer customer for life. THANK YOU Mike!!!!!

Pioneer went above and beyond for us when we needed a new furnace for our rental property. They gave us a very reasonable quote and honored the timeline. We were also provided with information about local energy rebates. Thanks so much to Molly and Mike for your help on this urgent matter.

Pioneer Gas Furnace installed my gas furnace in 1999. The installed a second one in 2019. They have always been responsive, professional, and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Pioneer immediately identified the problem, replaced the failing part, and our A/C was back in operation.

It was the first cold snap and furnace folks were busy. Mine was an interment issue but nonetheless, spoke with Bud and he made a point to get out the next day. The job was mush less the scope of work than we expected and the price reflected that. What fair and honest folks they are. A rare breed these days.
When I renovate the upstairs early spring Pioneer will be the first stop for me!!

My older home had oil heat, Pioneer helped me convert to a new, efficient gas heater, and installed a gas fireplace insert in my drafty woodburning one.
They also got me rebates and incentives to help offset the cost. Everyone was friendly, but professional.

Came in $5k less than other bid! They spent 2 days installing my new furnace and ac inside my closet so we got to be really close! Great bunch of guys and hard workers too.

We just tried to use the AC in our new house, and it didn't work- We called in the middle of this heat wave going on right now, and they got someone out the same day. Dan was fast, efficient, friendly, on time, and happy to tell me all about the components and what was going on. Even though it was an easy fix (and now I could fix it myself next time) I was so impressed with the service I will never go anywhere else for my AC/furnace maintenance.
