Pioneer Gas Furnace

I was having some issues with a natural gas fireplace not turning on so I called to have someone take a look. I was given a window of 8am to 10am. The guy showed up at 11:30 after I called to ask where they were. They serviced and cleaned the unit, costing almost $300 and it still doesnt turn on reliably.

If you have them come over. Your choice will be clear. They did a great job at a good price and as a bonus they were quick and clean during the installation. They even completed most of the tax credit paperwork for us.

After several failed attempts at getting clarification for an extremely expensive service call I’m done with this business. They wouldn’t breakdown a $ 280.00 20 minute service call to replace a failed condensate pump. The pump is readily available for $70.00 anywhere. Be wary of trusting this company.

Just got a call back about a quote. Had some clarification questions and got an extremely snarky response. Disrespectful and rude. How can a company expect to make bids if you’re treating potential customers like idiots? My business might be a drop in the bucket but I’ll make sure to avoid this company going forward.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Had them install a new furnace in my mother's home in PDX. Only wish they worked in Vancouver so I could use them for my HVAC needs.

I have used this company since 1984. I have had gas furnaces, electronic air cleaner, air conditioner and thermostats all installed. I recommend them to my real estate clients as well. They are the best.

There was an installation problem involving an incorrectly glued plastic joint which was repaired under warranty at the first complaint. We are very happy with the Carrier furnace and air conditioning.

Christmas Eve, freezing, no heat. Mike drives out, fixes heater. It is a Christmas miracle.
