I called for someone to come repair my GE dishwasher. David quickly came out and did a thorough inspection and located the problem (a bad control board). Within a few days he came back with the new part and installed it and the dishwasher is working again. I would give David 5/5 stars for his work and professionalism. The cost of the service seemed very fair. However, I can only give 4/5 stars to HVAC Appliance Guys on Google reviews. They never offered me a written quote (although the verbal quote was accurate so I guess it’s ok) or a receipt for the deposit or final payment (I had to ask to get a receipt for my deposit before I was willing to pay it) and never gave me any confirmation of my appointments. I had to call their office multiple times to get information. I would expect a little more in the way of communication from them.

After an initial snag on appointment scheduling, they were on time and worked quickly fixing my dryer on the spot. I appreciated the communication and ability to fix the machine without having to come back a second time.

I had issues with my Samsung fridge and Alex showed up within 24hs. He was able to diagnose, explain and at the same time give a prompt solution to the problem. The service provided was great and in the future if I have any problems with my appliances, I definitely will contact them again.

Igor was professional, clearly communicated the problem, clearly communicated our options for solutions and took good care while fixing our dryer. He arrived early in the time window they originally gave me and left the space exactly has he found it (but cleaner!). I would definitely hire Igor again!

David came to diagnose my dryer and quickly identified the problem. There was a part that needed ordering, which arrived fast and David came back to install it right away. This company also offers warranties for their work in case the problem did not get fixed which puts my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend using this company and would call them again.

I received a call when the repairman was on the way, and he arrived on time. David's demeanor was very respectful and courteous, and he wasted no time getting into the work. After a short time he had diagnosed and fixed the problem, and was on his way. I waited a few days before writing this review so I could run the dishwasher a few times and make sure it was really fixed. It is! I'm thrilled. Our dishwasher is about 9 years old so I'm excited we don't have to replace it.

Highly recommended: Alex came on Monday and fixed our refrigerator (the starter) in less than 25 minutes including climbing in and out of the narrow hole behind the refrigerator twice and picking up the parts from the car. Very professional, hard working and good-mannered.

David did a great job repairing our dishwasher. He arrived on time. He even offered to come back on the weekend to install one part that had to be ordered. I will use this company again if I need any appliances repaired!

The only reason I gave four stars is because labour was super expensive, for me anyway. However, nowadays, everything is stupid expensive. Sergei, the repair man, was awesome (5 stars), straight to the point and no nonsense. Great work! If/when anything else breaks again, I will request him specifically.
