Very good experience with this repair service. David quickly identified issue with my washer and installed replacement pump next day. Worked nicely with home warranty to provide input for claim processing.

Made the request at 720 am on a Friday and immediately got a text that someone would be at my house between 8-10 am. The tech was here just after 9. Very courteous, careful with my home & removing doors from the laundry closet & did a great job! Will definitely use in the future!

We were able to schedule the service promptly, after our fridge suddenly died on a hot day in May. Vitalii did a great job, having replaced the compressor and getting the fridge to work on the same visit. He also advised us to contact the manufacturer to see if they would cover the replacement costs of the faulty broken part which helped with the final costs of the repair. Highly recommended.

Sava was on time and quickly listened to my explanation of the problem. He quickly went to work and removed the dryer so he could do some testing and diagnose the problem with the washer. He was focused on the job and promptly diagnosed the issue and quickly corrected the problem. He was very pleasant and cleaned everything up nicely. I'll call them again if I ever have an issue with any of our appliances. Sava did a five star job.
