When my washing machine stopped working, over a holiday weekend, I truly had no clue who to call. After calling 3 companies, I got an appointment - soonest one possible with HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys. They even texted me to let me know that there was a cancellation and that they can come sooner! Oleksandr came out to assess the problem and knew within a few minutes what the problem was, gave me an estimate, and began work. About 15 mins into his work, he found the problem wasn’t anything mechanical, but a sock stuck in the drain pipe. He gave me a new, lower estimate, then proceeded to tell me how the sock could’ve gotten there. Although I felt extremely embarrassed and stupid, he was kind, efficient, and worth every cent I paid this service call. I would highly recommend their repair services!

David came out next day! We thought we had a dryer problem- was shutting off after starting for about 5 seconds. David took the time to check everything- belt, wheels, electrical board, tested the motor, heating element, moisture sensors. Everything worked properly. David confirmed it was actually a faulty breaker. Thank you for coming out, David!

Sava was able to come out within 24 hours. He identified the issue and provided two options. Thy dryer was fixed and he was on his way.

We called HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys when our local Appliance Repair Company indicated they did not work on Samsung Refrigerators. Needless to say, we were apprehensive about working with a Company that we had no track record with.
Alex Agrafonov was our technician and he was nothing short of amazing. After a previous technician had replaced a fan & sensor we discovered we still weren't operating at a proper temperature thus one more unknown issue to diagnosis. Alex discovered an issue that required a relatively inexpensive part and came back to install it, charging us only for the part and not a second visit. Upon learning about this particular issue I realized why other companies opted not to work on this brand. Not only was the technical work excellent but your Company was very fair in not charging for a 2nd visit. I would highly recommend HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys.

Called in the morning and he was able to come by the evening. Work was done right away and my dryer is working great now. Reasonable price.

Bottom line: Aliaksei was there for us when we needed him on short notice, offered great advice/recommendations on alternative options and went above and beyond.

Our Electrolux gave up on us. Aliaksei was was able to arrive on-site for us the next day and help us diagnose the issue. We backordered a part, but in the meantime, he visited a second time while we waited for the part to arrive so he could diagnose another potential fix (to no avail). Ultimately, he only charged us for the single visit and refunded us the cost of the backordered part since we decided to just replace the dryer. We were already on the fence about getting a new washer/dryer set anyway. Overall, a great experience and would use this service again if we're stuck in the unfortunate scenario of needing him again!

We had a technician out to fix our water filter that sounded like a machine gun on our Samsung refrigerator. He was able to order the part fix the problem the next week. Will be happy to not deal with that noise any more! Thanks!!!

David did a great job fixing my dryer. There were two components that needed to be replaced and he got the machine back up and running very quickly.

They were quick and efficient. Showed up on time and got the job done same day.
