David was very helpful and thorough, I was able to get a next day appointment, and he was very prompt. My washer is working again, and I am very happy with the service!

Excellent service. They rebuilt my 20 y/o subzero refrigerator and repaired my Meile dishwasher. They were prompt, professional and did excellent work. I highly recommend their services and will hire them in the future.

David was amazing, fixed our dryer, cleaned the lint from the inside of the machine, found some loose change, and cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely use this service again.

Alex examined my dishwasher and determined what the grinding noise was. He showed me a diagram of the parts that were defective and an estimate of the repair needed. I decided to replace the dishwasher so he didn't repair it but looked up the washer I thought I'd buy and gave me an idea of where to buy it. I appreciated his frankness .

Alex was professional, clean, polite and proficient. He fixed the squeaking our dryer was making and the difficulty in turning the drum. Discovered it was a locked in place wheel. Alex replaced it, oiled the others and checked all the other parts to make sure it was all in working order. Works great now! Price was quite affordable. Thank you so much Alex! Will recommend you and HVAC Appliance Guys to everyone.

I am adding some details. The primary problem was that my oven (grill) stopped heating. The gas valve did not open despite the fact the igniter was lighting brightly. The gas valve and thermostat had continuity, which lead me to believe they are good. As igniter was lighting brightly, I was out of ideas. I gave up trying to fix it myself and googled for a service. The top ad from Google was HVAC. I made a service request and provided the model number. The service man came on time. He did a quick observation and diagnosed that the issue is on the igniter. I asked why. He believed that the igniter is failing to send proper resistance. He explained that when the resistance hits a certain resistance, the valve will open. He had a replacement readily and replaced it and the gas valve started opening. I did not know about the resistance control. The resistance threshold was a good and new learning for me. Because he fixed the problem so quickly and I liked his way of logically explaining as he works, I made a new request. I asked him if he can fix oven top igniter. 3 out of 5 on the oven top was failing to ignite by itself. I always had to use a lighter to light the gas. It is a much less critical issue for me, though. He checked the operation and diagnosed that the issues resides within the mechanical switch within the knobs. There is no replacement parts but he tried to fix with minus driver and sand paper. Electrical contacts are cleaned up with sand pager and bad orientation was optimized by bending contacts to the best angle. All oven tops were also fixed. I also learned how the igniting system works at the same time. The service man also cleaned everything as he works. He brought some portable magnetic lighting which I would like to purchase in the near future. He also cleaned the gas paths on the oven tops using some needles. Those many things happened within 1 hours. I learned a lot during this short 1 hour session. My primary goal was about learning the system rather than getting the problem solved so that I can solve similar problems in the future. Because I had never fixed the problems on ovens in the past, it was a very valuable learning opportunity. I did not get to ask his name but I bet his is one of the greatest! By the way, he explained how much each service would cost me prior to going ahead with the fix. The igniter replacement + repair visit was only $70~80, which is surprisingly inexpensive. The 3 oven top repair was approximately $300. My wife and my coworker probably would not have paid for the latter, but I was paying for the knowledge and learning rather than for the oven. It is hard to explain but seeing his very-well organized toolset and his performance with the oven igniter earlier boosted my confidence level and wanted to learn from him more. The repair session was a very fun and good learning. It is rare to get such a high quality service these days.
