We used Greenbox to perform early season maintenance on our central A/C system. Technician Nick did a very thorough job and went above and beyond to examine and ensure our system was operating in fine fashion. Very pleased with this maintenance work. Will use Greenbox in the future. Thank you.

My first choice plumber (Craig Anderson) had retired and sold his business to Green Box Mechanical. I called them for an appointment to replace the floater in my toilet tank. Alex arrived at my house on time. After assessing the problem, he went to work immediately and explained the steps he was taking. Toward the end of the job, he noted that the water tank was loose--my house was built in the early 1950's--and told me he would rebuild it without additional charge. He replaced ALL the insides of the water tank--I noted that a previous plumber replaced just the flapper two years ago but not the floater; of course I did not call that particular plumbing company. I would definitely call them again--also learned they do other things besides plumbing. The person they sent, Alex, was the kind of professional I wish every service provided.

Appointment date was made sooner than expected. Rates ran higher than expected but, you get what you pay for and I got the results I needed. The guys were very professional and cleaned up even though I told them they didn’t have to. Very efficient work wise . I’m satisfied and will always call GreenBox for anything electrical.

The team came on time and installed our replacement microwave oven combo. They were efficient and worked quietly. I recommend Green box with five stars.
