Both Devin and Shae are great professionals with excellent knowledge and skills in plumbing and wonderful customer services. Our leaking faucets were well repaired soon after the parts were received. I highly recommend the company for their services.

$265 for 15 min is expensive. A/C,now runs after switching one wire and removing one jumper. Makes occasional rattle, but it does run. Unsure how it ran for 2 years with no noise and then just stopped?

Not the first time we've called on Green Box nor will it be the last. Our most recent experience was exceptional. The contractor was friendly, efficient, and remarkably clear in explaining everything he had done and the things we should be doing more often to keep our furnace running at its best.

We have a discontinued shower panel in our main bathroom. The mixer cartridge failed and I had been unable to source a replacement part. Alex found it and we had it installed within a few days. Other plumbing services were not even taking appointments until early June (service was performed in mid-May) so I really appreciate Green Box Mechanical's responsiveness.

Green Box Mechanical recently installed an EV charger for me. They were very responsive, scheduling the bid a few days out and then scheduling the job the following week. Bid was competitive, and Jeremy the electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Office was very responsive as well for scheduling, etc. Great experience all around.
