Installed an EV charger at my residence. They did a great job! Very responsive and were able to schedule me quickly. They were on time and efficient as well. I would highly recommend!

Efrain the electrician was fabulous. Professional and a very nice person. I will specifically ask for him for future electric projects.

I thought the technician was fine. He did a good job fixing the toilet refill valve but when he tried to fix the 'stuck' cold water on the bathroom sink he needed a part so I went out to George Moreland and got it. He returned that day and fixed the cold water shut off. All was good until that evening when I walked into the kitchen and discovered that the ceiling was leaking (the bathroom is on the second floor above the kitchen). I shut off the cold water upstairs and called to let them know there was a problem. He returned the next morning and installed a new intake pipe to the cold water faucet. All of this was fine except that I had to pay full price for two visits to fix the problem. I didn't think this was fair. What should have been one call resulted in almost $600.00 in charges plus the repair parts that I paid for at George Moreland.

Bill had great hvac technical knowledge that I could use to make decisions about how to move forward economically with the hvac system I already own. Thanks Bill!

Had a great experience with Green Box from the start with good communication to make an appointment as well as for a reschedule. Nic came in for an AC tune up and helped show us the filters in our new house. He was efficient and professional, and we highly recommend Green Box from this experience! :)

Installed a new AC unit for us. We got two quotes, while they were the more expensive of the two, they were more thorough, answered all our questions, and made us feel confident that no hidden charges or surprises were going to pop up. Day of install, they were on time, everyone was very friendly and polite, and moved about the house quietly as my husband I were working. They were very responsive throughout the process, quick to answer emails, availability of appointments and products was great. It was nice to work with them and we would use them again.

Replace my water heater with a new tankless
Replace my furnace
Install a water line for my fridge
Convert my range connections from electric to gas
Install a range hood vent
Install a new AC

Easy to deal with, even during the shutdown times. Good prices. I had a best effort furnace quote during the plague. When they came on site, they noted the furnace didn’t need to be as big as quoted, installed smaller, I paid less and it works great. Only issues I’ve had with them were of the times: lockdown delays with inspections, supply chain delays, etc aka not their fault and they did their best to work around and accommodate to help things go as smooth as they could.

I have requested my own scope creep a few times talking with them ie, oh, you can do that? Every time there was a clear estimate provided and agreed to before doing the extra work and it was at my request, not them selling me on extras.

I would and have used them again.

We purchase a shower head kit with new valve. The mfg included the wrong valve sleeve. It took two visits to complete the job. They were professional identifying the problem and help obtain the correct part. I would trust their opinion and help in future plumbing work.

Over the past few years these guys have become our go to guys for HVAC and plumbing and electric. Great professional service at a reasonable cost.

I was happy about the quick scheduling and service. The price is a little high for a quick fix. But I'd call them again.
