I needed a broken pipe replaced under my kitchen sink in a hurry. I called to make an appointment, and the plumber was there within a few hours. The price was fair, the work was done well, and the person was very courteous. I have a new place to call for home repairs!

Reuben came out to give us a free quote. We had four different issues he looked at and was able to give us a quote for all four as one job. There were two shut off valves to outside hose bibs that had started leaking, but rather than an expensive replacement job, he suggested we might want him to try something less expensive first. And it worked! Thank you so much Reuben!
Our house is over thirty years old and while trying to replace the bathroom fixtures for an upgrade we ran into some issues with newer fixtures not fitting the existing plumbing. He was able fix those for us, too.
We were extremely pleased with how quickly Green Box Mechanical responded to our initial inquiry via Angi and how quickly they came out to give a quote. When trying to schedule a time for them to actually do the work they were super fast, as well! And their price was way, way cheaper than the other bid we’d gotten.

New home had failed connector between irrigation and main line -- water was gushing all over the street. Green Box figured out what was happening fast and scheduled to get it fixed -- great repair work and for a great price. Highly recommend!

Bill came promptly to fix our heating system that stopped working the night before. He was very knowledgeable and kind. We feel very lucky to have them as our Plumbing and Electrical company whenever we have a situation at home.

I hired them to do a shower valve replacement. The installer came over and while removing the valve, broke the pipe. He said it is cvpc pipe and is weak and gets brittle. Nevertheless, they cut two holes in two different closets to access the broken pipe in order to cap it. He didn't finish the job that day. They called to come back to fix the job the next day and we would pay a total of around $947. We told them we didn't want to do that as we thought the price was too high (the original quote to replace the valve was for $335). The next week, they sent a bill for $587 for a shower that doesn't work and two holes in two separate closets that we now have to pay for.

The shower still isn't working after two weeks and today they told us we are looking to have work done for "free" as we were asking them to come back and fix the pipe they broke and replace the shower valve for $335. Needless to say, we will not be wanting to have them work on our plumbing again.

Greenbox saved the day when I moved into my house where there was not a high amp electrical socket to charge my EV. They came out for the initial inspection, provided a quote, and completed the job within 2 weeks which was great! Totally recommend working with these folks.

This company was great! Responded as soon as they got my inquiry, scheduled a tradesman for the same day, and creatively resolved the issue within a few hours, whereas other companies were telling us we had to demo an interior wall and replace significant amounts of pipe. So pleased with this company! Highly recommend.
