I had a leak that many others had failed to fix. These folks found and fixed it and were genuinely concerned about doing the job right even when the amount of work they had to do grew beyond what the original quote likely estimated.

Less than a year later our furnace failed during a January cold snap. The Bridge City team immediately responded with options and installed a new Furnace and AC system for us in less than a week. I especially like that the owner always seems genuinely enthusiastic about his work and doing the job right.

Fode was very punctual and professional. He explained everything he was doing and showed us every step. His work is top-notch and we are very satisfied with his work. Bridge City's pricing is fair,

They came out and did an inspection of our furnace, told us what was wrong, which corresponded to advice we had received from another technician, gave us a reasonable bid, came back the next day and accomplished the repairs. The cost was reasonable. Both techs were very polite and professional. They even gave us a new thermostat and carbon monoxide monitor for free. I recommend Bridge City.

we have a service contract, they didn't show for our spring maintenance - didn't call, nothing. just forgotten about. only brought up when we contacted them and asked. realize busy time during summer, but non responsive, late, ?? .... not happy at all with services provided.
