Bridge City HVAC

My gas furnace went out and it was freezing cold. I feared I would have to buy a new one but the excellent professional from Bridge City was able to do a simple fix and save me lots of money on a new one. They are on time (he was actually early), highly skilled, and the customer service is simply excellent. They are very honest and kind and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very quick to reply, transparent on pricing, and incredibly friendly. The crew came and did a furnace and AC maintenance and also gave me great recommendations on updates/things to watch out for over the next few years. Would highly recommend!

Fode, Jessica and their crew did an excellent job installing a new a/c system into our home. They were priced right, stayed on the agreed schedule date, showed up on time, and completed the work in a professional manner. It's worth pointing out their customer service is excellent which has become rare these days. Fode is also an instructor , teaching HVAC at a local college. I highly recommend this local company .

Bridge City HVAC answered my emergency request within 30 minutes... At 1:30 AM. They showed up when they said they would, they resolved the issue professionally, and they left a fantastic impression. This is the 2nd time I've used this company. Both times they were super fast in their response and services. They do what they say they're gonna do, arrive when they say they're going to arrive. The prices are reasonable. I don't hesitate in recommending this company.

On time, very nice and pleasant, did the tune-up of our air-conditioning.

We did not actually end up going with Bridge City HVAC due to product and timing, so this review is only for the quoting process. That said, we are keeping them high on our list for future needs.

We were seeking to install new central AC (welcome to the new Portland climate) and did need to schedule our visit further in advance than some other companies, just due to demand and capacity right now. But the Lead Technician (and owner!) Fode Sannoh showed up right on time for our appointment. He was very friendly and courteous, asked good questions but did not waste our time, and was super helpful and informative around potential issues both with our equipment and with permit/siting/etc.

He was extremely knowledgeable while also pointing out other questions to which he would find the answers, which I really appreciate. He was also transparent about the supply chain and how quickly it might be helpful to act without feeling sales/pushy. It is not normal for me to recommend a business that I haven't really used, but we were very impressed with the estimate process so here I am. Thanks Bridge City and we hope to work with you in the future!

Fode is very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me out in a bad situation by going out of his way to get my ac working when the landlord would not replace it. This is a great company with honest and compassionate people. Highly recommend
