Bridge City HVAC

My AC went out during the 115 degree heat wave, I called 30 plus repair shops many were not taking new clients or appointments were 3 plus weeks out. Bridge City however was working around the clock and was able to come to my rescue in two days. Fode showed up and in two minutes knew what was wrong and was able to fix the problem on my 25 year old system.
The price was very reasonable. Great service and price.

I will have them replace my whole system when things slow down.

I'm here with an update to my original review. Our AC went out and we needed a new one. We had a heck of a time until we remembered Bridge City. Fodi came out and gave us a quote, and then went to work getting us a new AC unit. They re very hard to come by right now, and the wait was even worse. But Fodi is someone who CARES. It's rare in this world, but he is the good in it. He worked evenings and weekends to get our new AC installed before the heat wave. Who does that? Bridge City! Fodi cares about his community, he had a kind and generous heart and he is someone who is actually making a difference just by being himself. I cannot possibly recommend them enough. They are hands down the best company I have ever worked with and I am grateful to them for my cool air and the privilege of calling them my neighbor!

Our heater stopped working for unknown reasons. We called and they came out the same day. Every other company told us it would be weeks before they could come.. The guy was really nice, really polite, he didn't judge me for being in my pajamas which is always a plus. He fixed it in under 30 minutes and the price was fair. I would 100% use them again. Great service, great tech, overall 5 stars.

Bridge City was fabulous! They were very good with communicating, punctuality, quality of workmanship and explaining the new heating and AC systems. I would highly recommend them.

Fode & Carlos showed up promptly, were very professional, courteous, and instructive. I learned more about my AC and furnace than ever, and now know how to better maintain the system, avoiding the need for future repairs. They left their work area even cleaner than they found it, and offered to dispose of my old parts for me. Also very personal and warm demeanors. I look forward to using Bridge City again. I would definitely recommend this family-owned business. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even though Fode had already seen several clients that day, he was friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and seemed genuinely passionate about his work. I appreciated that he chatted with me and helped me to "get to know" my furnace a little better. He and his assistant also wore masks and booties and were very conscientious about cleanup. I plan to continue to call on them for all my HVAC needs.

I own two commercial buildings and have dealt with many HVAC contractors. I am very impressed with Bridge City. They are very competent and professional contractors. I highly recommend them.

They were miles above the last business we hired for maintenance and inspection of our outdoor air conditioner. It is very hard to find contractors that promise you the moon and actually leave the moon with you when they leave. We cannot say enough good things about Bridge City Heating and Refrigeration LLC. They were on time, courteous, hard working, and VERY helpful in helping us understand our new system. Fode and his team worked tirelessly and were able to install a new heating and cooling system in our home in just two days. They are excellent in their quality and the pricing is fair and beats most completion! We will definitely be calling them again if we ever need their help!

Bridge City was an awesome company to work with on our furnace replacement! They are very responsive were available immediately by phone/email. They provided an estimate within a couple days and then met with me to discuss their recommendations and options.

They performed the work quickly (within two weeks) after we approved the estimate and our new heater and air conditioner work very well. Fode and his crew are friendly and explained the work in way that I could understand.

I feel that we paid a fair price for this work. For these reasons, I certainly recommend Bridge City to others needing heating and air conditioning work.
