Aviator Heating & Cooling

They were great. My AC broke on one of the hottest days of the year. Dan was able to come by within a few hours and fixed the unit right up. He was upfront about pricing and explained exactly what he was doing and why.
Great experience and will definitely use them in the future!

AC died in the middle of a record heatwave. Called several repair places, all of which said they were booked out a month or didn't answer and had full voice mailboxes. Then found Global, and they were able to send a tech over within a few hours. He had the necessary part on his truck, and the repair took less than an hour. Very professional, great service, and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Daniel was awesome , arrived early, explained all his work and showed us the the readings before and after, very considerate and personable. Gave helpful suggestions for maintenance and got the job done in a timely manner.

We had our furnace go out and global international heating and cooling installed one for us same week. They also installed an air conditioning system in our Portland home. They took care of our indoor air quality as well and made sure our ducts were cleaned and sanitized. New Thermostat, Fresh Duct work with self cleaning coil UV light. Now my family and I are ready for summer heat as we weren't last year. Thanks guys!🙌

Technican was on time. I was presented with recommended service plan and other possible fixes.But considering that unit is over 10 yrs of age and nearing its life expectancy decided to install new system.
To my surprise I did not have to wait that long as other companies told me 2- 3 months wait time .They had new unit in stock.It was installed quickly and works great .

We are very happy with the service that was provided. We had issues with our AC/Thermostat. We called them and spoke with Daniel and he came out and got our system back up and running. He worked very hard to make things right for us. I would highly recommend to give them a call for any of your HVAC problems.

Don’t recommend. I, previously, had them repair my HVAC in June. In October, when I turned my furnace on for the first time since last winter, it would not heat. I thought it might be something associated with the previous repair, so had them back to repair my furnace, But it died 28 days after they repaired it. I called and left a VM, no call back. 2 days later I called again and talked to an individual named Daniel telling of the failure and “assuming” that they stood behind their service and must be some kind warranty. Daniel said that someone would contact me soon. I waited for 3 days no one called. Since the temperature was in the mid-40s and we were heating our home with the gas fireplace I was forced to call someone else to re-repair the furnace. To this day Global-International has not contacted me about the repair!! I checked my call log and also for voicemails – nothing, nada, zip. They just ignored my calls. Can’t recommend a business that does not stand behind their service/product or return phone calls, if an existing customer has problems.

Everything about this process was excellent and professional. Daniel communicated with me on everything, was punctual, did not make a mess in my home, and was not "salesy" what my Leed condo HVAC system could need. The couple things that did need attention he showed me first.

Our A/C quit working and I left messages with many companies. Dan with Global International was one of the few who promptly returned my call. He was able to quickly and professionally diagnose and fix the problem, and he charged a fair price. Highly recommend.
