I have attempted to book with this company twice, and received a series of rude questions instead of an appointment on both occasions.

My central AC unit stopped working in the middle of our heat wave. This company had a contractor that was able to come take a look at by AC unit the day that i called. This was a pleasant surprise as all other HVAC companies i called had about a ~4 week wait for an appt. The contractor the fixed my AC unit was very flexible with his time and very professional. It was a quick and easy fix and my house is cool again! I would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. And I will be a repeat customer.

So very thankful there are still honest people in the world! Our furnace stopped working out of the blew last week and we thought it was done. We called Global to have it replaced to find out it was only a part that needed replaced!!! The techs honesty saved us a lot of money!
