I recently had the pleasure of getting an AC installation done by the incredible team at Aviator Heating and Cooling. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of amazing! I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service, professionalism, and expertise in their field.

We have paid the other company by name Able for diagnostic and were surprised how quickly problem was found and our AC was running again in no time at all . They told us that problem was with relay .We paid $650 for service .They told us our system is 20 yrs old and probably will need replacement soon . So they said we will credit you $650 towards installation of new unit. So we were happy .
There was no diagnostic performed and relay was not even replaced ,but flipped on . But only in 3 week time problem happened again . We called company again and they gave us very high quote.
We decided to call other companies, And received 5 estimates .
They were all high but Aviator hvac estimate was much more reasonable and they offered us free maintenance plan and much longer warranty than other companies,
They were very busy and gave us free portable unit so we can stay cool until they can start working on replacing out unit,
When they started work was done in single day.
We are very happy with service and warranty.

We had a "technician" from Aviator come to our house to check the AC unit. From the word go, he was sketchy. Started with him parking sidways across our driveway. I was on a work call, so my wife showed him the AC unit and air handler. Less than 10 minutes later, he is asking my wife "to have a seat" so they can discuss all the issues. I heard the start of the conversation and left my call and came down.

The tech had no paperwork, told me to smell his hands to confirm that we had oil everywhere and our system was a total mess. I asked him to convey his concerns, but he just kept saying our system was full of oil, pressures were off, etc. I asked him to show me the gauges hooked up, he refused. Kept saying we had parts that were not to code, illegal. Hard core scare tactics.

He continued to try and sell a new AC unit, air handler, etc.

We contacted Able Heating and they sent a tech over that did a diagnostic (let us see the tests, gave results, took temperatures, etc. and so on). No issues with the ac unit or air handler.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Two guys came to “fix” my moms AC unit that was not turning on. They dismantled the whole unit only to say that it was too old and tried to convince her to buy a new one with them. Yes I will admit her unit is old, but it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work. She also doesn’t have the money to purchase a new one on the spot! She just needed it fixed, especially during these hot days! Long story short, they charged her $150 just to do their sales pitch for purchasing a new one. Shortly after they left, we called Hillsboro HVAC, who quickly came and immediately discovered the issue was not with the HVAC but with our electrical breaker panel. They fixed that in less than 20 minutes and the AC is working again! Save your money. STAY AWAY!

This company installed a new furnace promptly when our old one died. Also put in an air conditioner. Their service was fine. My only problem was with a lack of communication regarding if and when they would arrive to work. They improved when I asked them to please inform me.

Daniel came on Sunday to assess our problems. Then he came with crew during the week to repair our furnace, install a new hard wired thermostat, clean the registers, and intall a top of the line filtration system on the furnace. We are very pleased with his professional work. He has an excellent way with people and hires very friendly crew to help him. I will use him for regular maintenance and would highly recommend his company to you.

Rats nibbled through my wiring, causing a short in my furnace and the heat to go out. Global was able to come out the day after my own troubleshooting proved insufficient. There was a small delay while parts came in and they were able to wire the furnace so I could manually start/stop in at the breaker while the thermostat came in. When more expensive parts were needed, they honored the original quote.

Daniel was our main technician. He was communicative, prompt, efficient, and came out in the evening. He was courteous toward me and kind to my curious small children. He also chatted with them in Spanish. Another tech, Nate, came out at the very end and was both approachable and bilingual as well.

I recommend this company without hesitation.

Aviator heating and cooling arrived same day. They were fast and fixed the unexpected breakdown of the condenser. Highly recommend this company if your in Hillsboro or Beaverton area.

Our Rheem central air conditioning system was broken and got repaired same day service. Our Hillsboro, OR home tenants are very happy and comfortable now with the cool air coming out of the vents, with better airflow to the second floor of the house. Will call for future service.

Our AC stopped working sometime last night and getting it fixed became a priority since we're in the middle of a heatwave all week. I called their number at 9 am and talked to Daniel, he was a very pleasant person to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable on everything AC-related. By the time 10:30 am rolled around, he had everything up and running. Thank you for an amazing, thorough, and efficient work, Daniel.
