Courteous and compassionate, lent us 2 portable AC units while we wait for the AC installation in our Beaverton, OR house. Guys were awesome, everything was performed neatly and we are happy with the system performance.

We had a carrier unit replaced and we're looking for something that had better warranty and longer lifespan. We were looking particularly for either a york dealer or amana and found Global. They also registered the system for 99 year warranty, and a 5 year labor warranty so me and the kids can stay cool and warm all season long. I like the cooltemp we have in our house in comparison to the previous single stage blower motor and furnace. This modulating system, disttibutes air to the second floor more evenly and its alot easier to breathe while we sleep.

Had my heating and cooling installed in just one week. Fast and efficient furnace and ac service provider. My current unit is quitter, heats up the home quicker. we have more airflow now in the second floor, which before we couldn’t get enough air. I recommend the 2 stage unit to anyone having airflow issues in they’re home and recommend this company.

Tuesday July 26, 2022. It was over 100° outside. Our home AC stopped cooling at noon. By the time we got home and tried to selfdiagnosed the issue by 530pm. Most HVAC local shops are closed or closing by 6pm. My brother and I went on a hunt for an AC capacitor at Home depo and Lowe's with no luck. I then called more rhan 10 places and again most were closed. A few reps did answered my call but were more focused on making an appointment with theirs techs for next month since everyone is slammed with this heatwave. Moreover, I got two calls from two different numbers and one text. Global international Heating and Cooling Co. employees were working on a job in the ungodly heat. They were more than willing to save our lives by providing us with a much needed capacitor in order to get our AC blower back online. They took the time to help us out and even offered to help us with our AC unit. All other places were not willing to provide us with the capacitor and just sounded as if they wanted to get off their phones. I recommend this company to everyone else and we are planning to hire them and recommending them to our friends and family members. God bless everyone! We are forever grateful and they have earned our business and most importantly, our respect. We need more people willing to work and help others when humanly possible 🙏 🙌 🙂

I had Daniel and Angel work on repairing my furnace, clean and sanitize my ducts, install a filter system, and fix any duct leaks. They were kind, professional, and I efficient. I will be using this company and the team for future hvac needs.

100% recommend. Daniel was super helpful and quick to respond. Our furnace went out and within the same day we got already a visit and help us out and fix our issue.

Really friendly guys, and they were willing to work around my night shift schedule even though we needed a custom order for one of our vents. The system works great!

My heater recently stopped working over the weekend, and Daniel came and ran diagnostic on my furnace, found the issue quickly and repaired it just as fast. I appreciated that Daniel walked me through what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, as well as things to look out for in the future (if any). He was very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend! I will use their services again for any further HVAC needs.

Had a clogged dryer duct and stinky, dirty HVAC ducts. Daniel came out in the evening to make a plan, and within 3 days all my home's ducts had been thoroughly cleaned. House stink went away, workers left no messes, everyone was warm and professional. Thanks a lot!
