If you are looking for an AC repair, this company is not the one you should contact because of their obvious PRICE GOUGING, lack of transparency, and complete disregard of professionalism. And finally their BLATANT LYING about a refund to save face on a public forum when given a bad review.

My AC was working perfectly fine for the last two years but recently wasn’t functioning correctly so I called them. Daniel L. came to my house and did some minor testing and told me the system was only pulling 47 amps and the power failed. He said I would need to spend over $1,000 for basic or over $3,000 for advanced repair. When asked about which parts he would replace during the repair, he would not tell me, citing them as a “company secret”. Instead of attempting to repair my current system, he only tried to price gouge me for newer installations.

Rather than take any responsibility for his service, he comes here to smear my review and is defensive of any criticism.

Update:
I had another company, Classic Heating & Air Conditioning, come out the day after and they correctly diagnosed the broken capacitor, repaired and cleaned my AC unit for $200. A fraction of the price Daniel was asking for… All the issues of “the indoor coil being deprived of air” and “2.5 ton unit being insufficient” were completely false non-issues, as said by this company, and would never be an issue either. My AC has been working perfectly fine since this repair.

Daniel was professional , thorough, and most importantly- knowledgeable.

Responded quickly- diagnosed -explained what had failed- then fixed our furnace so that we did not have to go another night without heat.

When my furnace went out I was without heat for 3 days. I called this hvac company and they came to repair my heating unit. This hvac company provides fast, quality heater repair service in the city of Hillsboro, Oregon. My family and I ended up purchasing a new system from them that included a lot 99 year warranty on the heating furnace. My kids allergies also went away after they recommended both to clean and sanitize the ductwork. In conjunction with the ultraviolet uv-light, our indoor air quality has improved. We can tell not only by the way we feel and sleep but also the IAQ apparatus shows drastic improvements. A warm hug and blessings to you’ll….

During the second heat wave last month, our 20+ year old AC died. I called several places who had no techs at all, so I was very grateful to have Daniel show up at 7pm (he had started very early that day!). In the end, it made more sense to just replace the AC and furnace given their ages. Our furnace was already on borrowed time based on our very high energy bills. We called out my husband's friend the following morning for a second opinion who told us Global's diagnosis was correct. His price was only $36 less for the entire HVAC than Global. However, Global could start the next week! We were very happy with Daniel and Jose who came out and got the huge job done in a couple days and never once complained about the heat in our garage!! They also shocked me by completely cleaning up everything! One last thing - I was delighted to hear that Global takes great care of their employees AND suppliers. This is a company that I will be recommending to everyone that will listen!

Global saved me during the heat wave. They got out to see me right away and the technician Daniel was punctual and very professional. He thought it would be a couple days before parts were available, but surprised me by returning the same day to finish the job. Just in time for the temperatures to spike. Very good service!

Our technician Daniel was fair, honest and came to our aid on a Sunday. He needed an additional part and returned on Monday to finish the job. We live in Hillsboro and he had to drive to Clackamas to pick up the additional part Monday morning. We received messages on arrival times and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Daniel went above and beyond and he was a pleasure to be around.

Nate arrived on time he was very punctual, smiled and was very professional. He is also very knowledgeable and got our air condition up and running in minutes!! Great service I would definitely recommend.

They came same day. Found problems in my furnace quickly, and fixed them with manufacturer parts. We will need to replace the hvac system soon as it is old, and we'll be giving this company a call to get us taken care of.

Super responsive, accessible, and quick to address our issues with an aging furnace and AC. Thank you!

Daniel from Global International was about #7 on the list of HVAC companies I attempted to contact to perform a repair of a frozen AC system. He should have been #1. He was extremely responsive, came out same day to diagnose, and was beyond professional and easy to work with. He explained every step of the process, and was honest about everything that was urgent, or would perhaps be something to think about in the future. In the end, my AC system was repaired before I could get a call back from some of these other jokers, and now I am pretty sure I have the coldest AC in town.
