Honke Heating & Air Conditioning has always been there for Me and my family. Honke regularly services my place of employment ( Gresham Ford ) they service my private residence as well as the Church I have attended since I was in my twenties. These kids are honest, fair and sincerely care about their customers. Its my hope and prayers that the Lord would richly bless them individually and corporately as a business. Matt came to our house and was really professional. Diagnosed our Gas insert fireplace. When the part came in he came back and installed it. Plus arranged the wood-stones inside. they are very happy and would Recommend Matt with Honke Heating.

Profesional staff! when doing my heat pump install i had some shrubbery in the way where we ended up needing to install the outside unit (plan C decision on location after negotiating all the units placement inside) the crew dug up the plants and replanted them for us (ive had multiple other companies just step on the plants ignoring they are there cause as in contract it always says they are not responsible for plants) this team was friendly, fast, PUNCTUAL and they got my install arranged fast and set up just in time for the hot summer weather to come!

Recently bought out. New company won't honor commercial warranties. Look elsewhere. Honke heating is gone.

Douche Bags. Furnace quit called them. Tech showed and in 8 minutes said I needed a new Comtrol Board for $409.00 Asked for $95.00 for 8 minutes. Told me it would be at least $95.00 to come back replace Control Board when they got it in. The tech took my debit card and ran it through a mobile/portable credit card machime and said it failed. He said he didn't have cell service and that it happens all the time. He said once he got in cell service range it would go through or he would call me. I called to ask about short trouble shooting. Randy (Rude, angry, chip on his shoulder) went off on me for questioning their ability or the 8 minute troubleshooting. Then the cheesy flake said and your credit card didn't go through. I said why didn't anyone call me about it. He (the Operations manager) said he left me 3 messages. The problem with that is he was returning my call about service. So, and Thief & a Liar. I'll call the offie and pay them $95.00, but I'll never use them again, and I'll tell everyone I know what kind of crappy service and attitude they have. BTW, I found the same board for $158.00

Furnace was out, they arrived within 24 hours and got the furnace working. The owner/service tech was very nice, and professional. No up sells and very affordably service call. Will highly reccomend them.

The are very nice people to work with however I was charged 246.00 to replace a capacitor that I could buy on the web for 25 bucks I could understand paying 50 or 60.00 for a 25.00 part but 157.00 seems a little high even if that included labor, he did also check refrigerant and amp load but I would think that would be included in the 89.00 diagnostic/ service call charge but I could be wrong all my receipt shows is 157.00 for a capacitor and 89.00 diagnosis charge. I will admit I don't have a lot of experience with HVAC service so maybe its just an automatic 200 dollar bill to get one worked on but I guess I will find out next time because I will be trying someone else.

I did have a 25.00 coupon so It only cost me 221.00.

I should add In their defense that I did tell them that I thought the fan motor was bad so they could have sold me one of those and they didn't so I have to give them credit for their honesty.

I used to work for a heating company. I didn't work for Honke, but I would call them 1st. Professional, knowledgeable and very fair pricing. They should be your 1st call.

Our technician Matt was awesome! He went the extra mile to make our 15 year old system practically new again. Very professional. Thank you Honke

Called for some help with my oil furnace due to some black smoke we noticed. The soonest appointment was 2 weeks away. The scheduler was rude and I will never call there again
