We have been so pleased with the service and value from complete HVAC install to an urgent install for our elderly mother having lost her furnace in the frigid weather. Always courteous and prompt - From sales to office staff and technicians, hands down the best all around .

I called about getting our furnace repaired and the woman that answered the phone said quite rudely “We’re booked for 2 weeks” and hung up. I called Apollo and was spoken to, not barked at, with a new appointment. A little professionalism goes a long way.

The techs repaired my heat pump quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. My appointment also got moved up due to a cancelation. Prompt professional service. Will use again.

Honke did a great job installing our new mini split heat pump. I really appreciate that they filed all the rebates for us and we didn’t have to worry about it. They were able to schedule us with in 2 weeks of placing the order.

Recently tried a new company to install my new unit and service yearly and now am regretting it. Called Honke this year for service and strange thing all of sudden the loud squeaky noise my NEW furnace was making for 3 years is GONE!!! I never even asked them to check since the company who had installed and serviced said it was NORMAL... LOVE HONKE HVAC and now I can sleep without waking up when the heat turns on... what a concept.

We have used them for years. They installed a new heat pump at our old house and kept it maintained for us. We moved last year and they we called for a seasonal maintenance quote from the company the previous owners used. I called Honke to get a quote from them as well and it was over $100 less. We trust them, they are prompt and professional. I have nothing but praise for them.

We recently had Honke Heating replace our Heat Pump and Furnace with Lennox products. It is expensive, but the term "you get what you pay for" is completely true. Honke was very professional with no sales pitch, they simply laid out the facts concerning the products. I actually had five bids from other larger companies, they were all just like dealing with cars sales persons with little knowledge. The installation was scheduled and completed right on schedule. We could not be any happier with our new heating system. Quiet, comfortable and simple to operate. The best warranty you will find!

We we’re referred to Honke from Angie’s list for our furnace! (a few years ago) They did such a great job & we only had to snuggle in winter a few nights😌 then this season our AC was acting up, and because we had such great service with them we called & set up an appt. only to cancel cause we thought it was our filter, we bought one from them & it worked, only to stop with the same issue, we had a week to wait & like everyone, We wanted to be put on the “ if someone cancels list ” 😂 basically thx to the AC Gods & Jamie 😉 we got a call back & whoever cancelled we’re cool with it (pun intended)😂 Matt came did his magic & now were cool as cucumbers, thank you 🙌🏽

Their repair tech Matt came out to assess and repair my furnace trouble. He had it repaired in a matter of minutes and did multiple testing to make sure it ran effencetly. He answered all my questions and was very courteous and efficient. Well worth the $95 service charge.
