Central Air recently installed a new Daikin Fit A/C unit at my home and did a great job. Pricing was competitive, workmanship was great, installers were helpful and friendly (Seth and Sean, specifically) and clean up was perfect.
All in all we are pleased with the installation and would definitely work with Central Air again.

The work done was fine, but yikes I didn’t know a plumber makes more than a surgeon. Nothing was broken, we just needed a drain re-routed for a new sink.
$2,100 for a 2hour job.
From now on when our patients complain about our prices we will tell them to be glad a plumber isn’t doing their surgery. I know plumbing parts and tools are cheaper than our supplies and instruments.
My sister owns a property management company in another state and sends their contractors out for these types of jobs all the time. She said her cost would have been somewhere around $600 for this.
And because I have 4 children and work 2 jobs I just needed my sink put back together ASAP.

Hector and Enrique were a great team. They knew their stuff, and showed an ability to divide and conquer, as well as to work together to solve problems. Their combined strengths made the job seem easier than it was. A very good team, who happen to be brothers! I’d recommend them any time!

This is a warning to others about this company's poor communication.
We scheduled a tech to come out and repair our AC using their Google booking system. After not hearing back we decided to call the company directly. My husband was informed that she needed to call around to see what was going on but would give him a call back at the number he provided with more info. We never got a return call.
It is now over 30 minutes past the 2 hour window we were scheduled for. We were trying to be understanding, but I again called and asked for an update. I was told that Google did not have the right schedule information and they had no availability until the 10th of August.
Now I get tech can be an issue and totally understand the scheduling thing not being on them, but why on earth did no one from the company reach out to us and let us know such was a case?! We could have spent all this time trying to find someone else, but instead we wasted a whole day in this heat wave for a no call no show. A simple apology does not make up for the fact that they completely dropped the ball on informing us of the situation.
Take your business somewhere where they respect your time.

We used Central Air for our AC installation and our tankless gas water heater. Each team that came out for AC, electrical and gas was professional and prompt. The AC crew clearly explained at the end all the functions and how to use it. The office was able to schedule our appointments quickly and we appreciated that.
I appreciated that Tim, the person who did our gas line install laid down protective covers on our floor so as to not scratch our floors/get them dirty when going back and forth between inside and outside. The other three crews did not do this and only a handful of the technicians wore the shoe coverings. I'd prefer for a company to have consistency on things such as that.
Our final city inspection had to be rescheduled and because there was not notification given to us, we were not home. Danielle quickly got us rescheduled but I was the one to contact them about it.
Overall, though we were happy with the service and will continue to keep using them for our AC needs. Our devices are up and running and seem to be working efficiently.

Frank, Cash, and Hector were outstanding. They worked during Portland's heat wave to install four ductless units in our very hot and old house. Even though it should have taken three days, they were able to finish in two, even coming in on a weekend day to finish the job. We're so happy with their work and the final product. I'd use Central Air, Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in the future without question.

Danielle and Keenan from Central Air have been very helpful as we settle into our new house. Central Air was the HVAC contractor for the builder, and as expected we have a few bumps (understandable) as we have settled in. Danielle is right on it with scheduling and Keenan has been to our house to troubleshoot issues and was happy to take on the not-so-fun task of navigating our crawlspace.
