Matthew O. came and serviced our furnace today and the experience was great. Knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions on what steps to take next on our furnace situation. Would recommend to all!

Our water heater went out in the evening. Called several companies and Central was the only one who get out in a timely manner. In fact, beat out some by weeks! Ryan was on time, respectful, explained things. We will be customers for life!

FYI: You can't actually schedule an appointment online despite the fact that it appears you can. That's my only complaint. Otherwise they were really kind of perfect. I spoke to them on the hottest day of the year and the earliest they could come was 3 days later. That was actually much faster than the 2 other companies I spoke to. The tech they sent was really good. The problem was minor and he just charged me the minimum for a service call. There are a lot of honest people in business but not all of them. It's nice when you find one you can trust.

Everyone I have connected with at Central has just been wonderful. Ryan K, who came to check out my old water heater, was professional, friendly, provide options and they have service plans that will save me money.

I found Ryan to be a professional representative of Central Air and I appreciated the number of options he gave me for the problem we were experiencing. I was so impressed with my contractor, Justin! I had a mini split that was leaking water, he showed up and took a look at it and found a problem that was not going to be traditionally fixed. He quickly solved it for me with some random pieces that he had in his truck, and it worked like a charm! I really appreciated his creativity and knowledge in getting my mini split working again. I immediately hired this company to do another job for me after he left. Highly recommend, thanks Justin!

Frank was awesome!! Super knowledgeable, showed up on time, worked nonstop all day to get my install done and even hooked up my smart thermostat when that wasn’t part of the original quote. He was with Zach (I think) and both were great. HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Everyone from the first phone call to the final walk through was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Scheduling and call backs were prompt and friendly, and everyone showed up exactly on time we received, via text, updates on times and names of who be arriving which is greatly appreciated. The best part is they arrived ready to work. Our questions were answered and the entire process from tear out of old furnace and AC, to installation of new Furnace and AC was explained. Matthew and Cameron were top notch project/team managers every step. They promised us all would be done in a day and a half, and sure enough, it was done with no big disruption to our household. We are very satisfied customers and definately recommend Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. And did I mention, they come with a 10 year warranty on their product and service!

Tommy was our technician today and we’re very pleased with his service. Like a doctor, explaining an illness, he went over all the details of what was malfunctioning with our furnace and what our different options were. He answered every question and left us feeling we were in good hands.
