I called and was told someone would arrive same day. No one showed up, so I called after hours, and the woman on the phone was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. They called back the next day "happy to make an appointment for 3 days from now."

Matthew of Central Air (and Molalla!) gave extraordinary service today, checking our 16 year old gas furnace that hadn't been serviced in at least 6 years and possibly much longer. I watched him, and peppered him with questions (having fixed thousands of things myself in my 64 years!) He thoroughly went over a ton of systems, and checked a variety of safety, and performance, systems. He cleaned sensors , blew out critical tubes, carefully checked the heat exchanger, fans, etc etc. He explained things in very understandable language. We want it to run as efficiently as possible, especially given our climate disruptions ( we cannot just sit on our hands while the West dries up and burns etc.) We discussed heat pump alternatives when our furnace does reach the end of its useful life, (and they're very efficient.) We went with their ~ $120 a year maintenance plan, which keeps this major system running as efficiently as possible, keeps it safe, protects our indoor air quality, and gives really nice discounts if larger repairs are needed - and it will extend the furnace's useful life. All the while he was here, Matthew was a pleasure to be around. THANK YOU, MATTHEW OF MOLALLA AND CENTRAL AIR!!!

Sean, Dennis and crew did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system with the new HVAC. They were great to work with and Central Air provided good value for the new system. Dennis returned to be sure I understood the new zone control programming. I am extremely happy with the results!
