I called Central Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing because my pipes had frozen during the cold snap and, while water flow had semi-returned, was still having some issues. Zach came out on Christmas Eve(!) did a thorough inspection of everything, answered all of my many questions with patience & kindness, helped me understand the root cause of the problem and explained the needed repairs. Such a good experience! 100% recommend!

In 2021 Central Air installed a new heat pump in our old house. Twice since then I’ve called them to get information on this new technology and each time the company has hurried to send someone out to us to help us learn.
Yesterday they sent Keenan who quickly assessed our question, skillfully solved it, and then made sure we were satisfied with the outcome.
Keenan had strong communication skills, and also strong technology know-how skills, and he wanted us to be satisfied. It was a wonderful combination!
