Employees are very respectful of the property and on time. Great quality work. I was kept notified if they were delayed on their scheduled time of arrival.

Had a bunch of small projects done by Chris, one of A-Temps electricians. He was great! Straightforward and professional with good communication throughout the few days he was here. Even when things got wet, muddy and generally unpleasant weather-wise, Chris maintained a pleasant and professional attitude, and took pride in his work. Cats liked him too!

Greg was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did a thorough review of my vents and gave honest feedback that helped me determine that I did not need vent cleaning at this time. His honesty and putting the customer first has built a trusting relationship between me and his company that will solidify my relationship with A-temp for years to come. I greatly appreciate Greg and the A-Temp company that he represents.

I've had A-TEMP out for a few things, most recently annual service on my new unit.
Their staff are very professional and very nice. They are respectful of my time.

At a previous visit, they helped troubleshoot high therm usage and rule out any issues with new furnace system. My tech was very thorough, from ensuring my smart thermostat was setup accurately, that my furnace was running as it should, and that I didn't have any leaks in my attic and crawl space ducts. Very appreciative of the thorough job.

For the second time, A-Temp responded very quickly to an emergency I was having with my furnace. It was greatly appreciated. Tony was excellent to work with. He arrived on time, was very knowlegeable, and professional. I would give him 5 stars for sure. I will always rely on A-Temp for all my heating needs.

Each of the TEAM members were efficient, on-time & treated each other total respect just as though they were interacting with me, the customer. I asked questions, the answers were so that I understood.
Products are products..... to me, the quality of work and expertise of employees & follow-thru is what I most care about.
