Had a great experience with Jason. He was very friendly and was transparent with what he was doing and what it meant for my repairs. He anticipated the questions I might have and worked hard to be clear and informative. When he saw that I needed other services, he made the call for me and assisted in getting me set up with a future appointment. Awesome!

Ricky arrived on time with his apprentice for my appointment. He provided exceptional customer service donning protective covers over his boots to shield my white carpeting. He meticulously explained the rather complex process to his apprentice since my system is 16 years old. Ricky is well-trained demonstrating tremendous efficiency and skill in his HVAC profession. He is a kind gentleman with a thoughtful spirit that he incorporates in his iron-clad work ethics. These are big words in today’s world! He brought his A-game executing an occupation he does to perfection. His impeccable gold standard serves as an excellent example to inspire his co-workers to also take enormous pride in their careers. Top to bottom A-Temp was great to work with. Human interaction from call 1, easy scheduling, was prompt and accommodating with a reschedule, were out the next day, answered all my questions, helped me clarify warranty coverage, and Keith the field tech was phenomenal - an absolute professional in work and communication. Was also as nice as could be to my curious child who wouldn’t stop asking him questions. Just a really great experience all around. Thank you.

Of course, our A/C went our right when the temps were rising into the 90s. We called A-Temp in Milwaukie OR and happily got an appointment within 2 days. Jason, the A-Temp tech, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, and had our system back up and cooling in no time. I really like that the company texts you in advance of your appointment with a photo of your technician. We signed up for the company's Comfort Club so we now have better peace of mind should anything else happen to our complete HVAC system

Ricky and his trainee were very professional, kind, and thorough. They let my five year old shadow them and ask questions about how the air conditioning unit works and they were exceptionally friendly and patient!
They’ve kept everything running smoothly for the last five years and do it with wonderful customer service.

Our technician, Derek, was very informative, knowledgeable, and kind as he assisted my wife and I with our heating system repair. He was able to walk us through step by step of the process through the inspection, let us know what he would be troubleshooting, and guided us through questions we had regarding maintenance and upkeep of our furnace and AC unit. I would highly recommend working with Derek and the A-TEMP team.

Mico came out to give us a bid on a new heat pump. He was easy to work with and took time to answer all my questions. Tyler cleaned all of our vents. The process took less time than the estimate and Tyler kept the work environment clean. Tyler was easy to talk to and gave us helpful advice.
