A-TEMP Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I have been using A-Temp for over a year now. Their service and support are outstanding. They always call twice a year to schedule your service. One for my furnace and the other for the heat pump. They always call the day before and then right before the tech. shows up.

Cole came to service my system yesterday. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about my systems. He took his time to thoroughly service my heat pump along with inpecting my furnace. He was great at explaining what he did and future issues to look out for. Cole was very friendly and made you feel at ease.

My HVAC system was 24 yrs old and on its last legs. A-Temp was doing the annual maintenance to keep it running as long as they could but the furnace and AC finally called it quits. I had A-Temp come out and provide a bid; they were courteous, on-time and gave me recommendations. After we agreed on the systems and bid, they actually installed the furnace and ac the very next day! Their install crew were very professional and polite, still cant believe they did it all in one day! Top notch service all the way, would highly recommend!

Don was on time, courteous, and knew exactly what was needed. He did a fast assessment of the situation and fixed our issue. We're so thankful for the fast and knowledgeable service provided by Don at A-Temp. Thank you for the fast service and expertise. We appreciate you!

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from A-Temp. The Technician, Mark is fantastic. He is very thorough and patient in answering questions.He’s just a great guy who happens to be excellent in the Heating and Cooling field. I would highly recommend A-Temp for its efficiently, integrity and how well they treat and serve the customer.

Very responsive and professional. Job completed quickly and well. We can feel safe in our home now that our electrical panel has been replaced.

Philip is amazing.. extremely knowledgeable and friendly.. takes care of the issues like he would do it for the home.. goes the extra mile for RCA and hence the client only pays for the exact issue.. super happy to get him as our FPOC.. A-TEMP is great and assisted us over the weekend..

I wouldn't know whether or not it's a good value, but Philip was great! He was friendly, informative, and willing to explain all the diagnostics he did in assessing our a/c problem. He gave us his honest evaluation and, based on the condition of the furnace that he showed me, I agree that a replacement is what's needed.

Hands down the best person I have ever had the pleasure of talking with about fixing an integral part of my house! Very personable, and had the integrity to explain each part of the process when it came to me needing to know about the condition of my AC and furnace. Cole was warm and friendly, yet professional. He had good attention to detail, answered questions I had about how well my system was aging, and offered suggestions without pressuring me to buy something I’m not yet ready to purchase.
I have used A-Temp for decades for all my HVAC needs, and have been very happy with this company. I subscribe to their maintenance plan, which saves me $ and keeps the systems routinely serviced.

Branden was very kind and considerate. He provided me with careful descriptions and information about our heating/cooling systems. He was also very careful to make sure our two cats did not manage to escape. This was a very positive experience, so glad my husband and I have decided to have our systems maintained by A-Temp.
