A-Action Heating & Cooling

A-Action was the winner of the trifecta when our 25 yo central air conditioning unit was going downhill fast. They (1) offered a fair price on a Trane unit, (2) they had said unit in stock, and (3) they were able to install within a week (in the midst of the hottest summer ever). Scott and Jerrold showed up early on installation day, were knowledgeable, very professional and friendly but best of all, kept working until the installation was complete even though it meant significant overtime for them. The whole company made a great impression on us and we will call them first when our 25 yo furnace croaks.

A-Action are responsive, quality people who do good work and care about the results. Two thumbs up.

I specifically wanted a new Trane furnace, so I got quotes from 4 different Trane Comfort Specialist dealers. A-Action quote was lower than other dealers by a significant amount so I decided to go with A-Action. With such low price, I thought there might be some compromises in quality. However, that was not the case. The installation was done very quickly and seemed to be very solid. They were also very responsive with my inquiries after the installation. Overall, I'm happy with A-Action and would highly recommend them.

These folks did a great job installing our Trane furnace and AC. They were very prompt in scheduling a pre-inspection. Then within a couple of days, they had the entire system installed, complete with our Nest thermostat system, and all worked perfectly. They are great to work with, including Tim, Ally, Scott, and Jerrold. We highly recommend them to you.

When my AC unit went down during the last heat wave I called a-action heating and AC to make an appointment. Although they were booked for a week and a half I took the first appointment available. Today, Dan came and fixed it! Dan had the part that was needed, installed it, tested the unit and cleaned the unit. Dan was professional, friendly and courteous. I am sure I will use A-Action again and I will ask for Dan! Great service!

$99 for inspection. ( Paid $100 cash, no change given) Parts were to be ordered but never heard from again. About a year ago.

This family team is phenomenal! Last year they saved us by going above and beyond when our furnace was playing hard ball. Then this year, they came when a different part (that another company installed last year) broke. They are consistently fabulous with communication, professional and considerate, as prompt as possible with service, extremely knowledgeable and expert in the details. And fair prices. Cannot praise them highly enough. Beautiful people!
And to the review that is negative, I'm pretty sure that they just got confused about the name of the company they hired. That experience just does not fit at all.

A-ACTION (the authorized service rep for RUUD Central Heaters) Our serviceman Levi Pennington diagnosed a thermostat failure; inspected, cleaned/serviced our central heater unit bringing it back to normal very quickly. Our heater had failed to come on and our thermostat was reading "BLANK" or intermittent...as noted by Levi.

The service and support that we have received over the years from A-ACTION is impeccable. Thanks for sending Levi Pennington. He a very knowledgeable individual and we really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

As expected, the bill was very reasonable too...so THANK YOU VERY MUCH GUYS!!!

We are very happy with the service from this company! We had the main board go out on our furnace. Levi showed up in just a couple days and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and as soon as it came in, I was called to schedule the work. Dan showed up on time scheduled, replaced the board tested everything and made recommendations for updating our filters. Good advice!!! Both techs were very pleasant to work with, gave accurate estimates and advice. Highly recommend this service !

Fast and friendly service with competitive prices. Identified a few odds and ends that needed attention during an install and addressed them free of charge which was very kind of them. Overall very satisfied with the work that was done (air conditioning added to existing forced air system).
