Our old furnace quit on Tuesday morning, Tim was there within about 30 minutes to look at it, but since it was original to the house ( 1984 ) we knew it wasn’t worth fixing. The guys were out at 8:15 the next morning installing a new furnace and the house is warm again ! We had them install a new air conditioner last August and have been very happy with the quality and promptness of their work.

I have had A-Action Heating & Cooling doing twice a year maintenance on my heater and air conditioner and repairs as needed for probably at least 5 years.

In January, I had them replace my heater. I have been very happy with their responsiveness and customer service of technicians over the years.

Our 17-year old gas furnace was leaking last night, all of our friends told us it's about time to replace a new one. Called A-Action at 4pm, they sent someone to come in at 8am the next morning. Within half an hour, things have been explained and fixed. No, they didn't try to sell us to replace our furnace. Technician Levi Pennington is very professional, he's punctual, knowledgeable and honest. We are very blessed to have found them and would highly recommend them in a heart beat.

This afternoon 10/02/19 I called A-Action Heating about an inoperable thermostat which they had installed a year and a half ago. Being the start of fall, they were backlogged with service requests. When I explained that the house was going into sales closure in a few days, they sent a technician that was on his way home over immediately to take a look at the issue. Josue arrived 30 min later and diagnosed that the thermostat was dead and all else was working great. He replaced the thermostat at no charge since it was under warrantee. We were very happy that Josue and A-Action Heating were so responsive in helping resolve this issue satisfactorily!

We had a air conditioner installed in the last few days. This company and it's staff are great to work with. In these trying times they did everything safe and clean. Very professional and courteous in our home. Definitely use them again

Levi was great! Arrived right on time, was friendly and explained everything he needed to do and how it would make our 12 year old heat pump (that had never been serviced) more efficient and make it cooler inside in this horrible heat wave we are having. It is much more comfortable now! He also gave us tips to help make our heat pump last another 5+ years. Repairs were completed in no time and we are very happy. Cost was very reasonable. When this unit needs replacing, we will definitely be calling A-Action!

I’ve had several experiences with A-Action, and they have always been positive. Unlike other companies that try to sell you a new furnace/AC unit, they do what it takes to keep things running while explaining any longer term issues that may need to be addressed. Highly recommend them for everything from routine service to full replacement.

I have a couple of single family home rentals in the Aloha area and have worked with A-Action for several years and now once again they have gone above and beyond. The last big project they did for me was to install a new a/c last year. The install went well. Everyone at A-Action was professional and responsive and the price was competitive. The tenant told me a few days ago that the a/c wasn't working. A-Action showed up for the scheduled repair today and I learned that the repair was no-charge due to an industry wide problem with the unit that was fixed by adding a chemical to the refrigerant. They didn't even charge a service fee. Above and beyond! Another time, years earlier, they came in the dead of winter on a holiday to fix a furnace. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend A-Action for new installation or repairs. I wish every business I work with in the course of managing my rentals was like A-Action.

Highly recommend A-Action Heating and Cooling! I've used them for maintenance, repair and recently new AC install. They are a nice size company so the owner comes out for bids and the same person answers calls making them easier to work with. Adolfo and Josue did a nice job on the new AC install. All work done cleanly, well communicated and on-time.

The original 40-year old furnace served this house well and A-Action helped keep it running that way for the 20 years I've had it. But one thing after another started going wrong with it during this last year and it was far from efficient. It died during the coldest days possible.
