A-Action Heating & Cooling

We hired A-Action to replace our 20+ year old furnace and A/C. There was a bit of delay getting the correct furnace delivered, but once everything was here, it was a seamless process.
The A-Action crew were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and to explain how to operate our upgraded thermostat. They were very patient when my kids asked several questions too.
They kept everything clean and worked two long days to get everything done. Highly recommend them!!

Really appreciate Dan and his boss who replaced our 25 year old furnace's motor, which stopped working on the coldest day in Tigard, right before Christmas holiday and service was scarce in the area. The original unit's manufacturer was out of business, despite unavailability of part they helped out and ended our miserable 2 days of a cold home. Very compassionate and professional. While I was traveling abroad, the furnace in my rental property completely died. I knew that this day was inevitable considering the age of the furnace. I coordinated 4 different estimates while overseas. Brett and Savannah from A-Action, were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely flexible considering I was in a completely different timezone and was coordinating with my tenants. Their estimate was extremely competitive and their installation is top notch. We purchased a mini split Heat/ AC system from Tim a few years ago, the service and value were outstanding. We have heard back from several of our friends and co-workers who have had the same wonderful experience. We recently purchased an older house with an outdated Heat/, AC system that barely worked. As soon as we closed we called Tim who came out an explained all our options. We settled on a heat pump system and are thrilled with the finished product. This is a family business that does what they say, I will never go anywhere else.

This morning my furnace quit running and after calling 5 companies I was so fortunate to find out that A-Action Heating & Cooling had a cancellation. Dan Mullenix came out and got right to work on the problem. He was able to replace a part and we now have heat in 40 degree weather. Dan was friendly and explained what he did and made us feel confident that he knew what to do. Thank you Dan. You were the Best!!
