Technician Chris Gore and the other technician with him gave great customer service, were knowledgeable, reliable and responsive when they installed a new HVAC at the church.

I contacted this company for a quote to have a gas line ran for our generator. I was told that the vist and quote would be $109. The tech came out and did his thing and left. I never heard from this company again. No quote. No bill of any sort. Fast forward a year and half later and I receive a collections notice for the $109 plus interest. Poor company and I will absolutely use someone else for my HVAC needs in the future.

It is wonderful to have a warm home. James Dodd was professional, arrived on time, answered questions and explained what he did and explained reasons why our heating system was overheating, causing our system problems. He fixed the problem quickly.

My gas house heater stopped working. I called Mike's and they scheduled a service person to come out the next day between 12 and 2. They showed up just after 2 and I appreciate that they texted when on the way! My sister was home and she reports the service person was "wonderful and kind, very professional". They fixed the problem (bad ignighter) with parts they had on hand. Gave some advice and charged a reasonable fee,I think. I would use them again for sure. The only way I would have been happier is if they could come the same day but it was the middle of a cold snap and I'm sure they are busy!

James showed shortly after notice he was coming. He got right to work on our old gas furnace, diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in his truck. He was curtious and professional, and put up with my questions. I will definitely us them again.
