Ben was AMAZING! He saved us from over heating on a very hot Oklahoma summer day! He was kind, helpful, and very professional. Most importantly, he didn’t try and up-sell us—but instead was honest and direct about we really needed to resolve the issue. FANTASTIC HVAC company!!!! 5 stars is not enough. Our AC started having trouble last night so we shut it down and dealt with the heat through the night, uncomfortable nights sleep to say the least. I found Platinum heat and air this morning on google maps. Being that is was a local company and close to the house I hoped that they would be able to get out the same day. Ben the owner of the company showed up earlier than he expected he could get to our home. But gave us a curtesy call to let us know he was on the way ahead of schedule. Ben arrived and was very professional and genuine. He found the problem, got the part and had us up and running, cooling the house down. We are very thankful (and cool) this evening. We have found our go to HVAC service company. You will not regret calling this company for any HVAC needs. 👍👍

HIRE THIS COMPANY I am a night-shift nurse so I really appreciate someone reliable so I can get to sleep before my next shift. I had an issue with my ducts that I found out late on a Thursday afternoon (close to 5pm) so I googled this company & based off of other good reviews, called for a repair. He answered my call & said he could be out 1st thing in the morning the very next day. I didn't get estimates from other companies since he was able to get in/out so quickly but I thought the price was beyond fair. He showed up on time, went above & beyond the task at hand, and kept me in loop of all communication. The job was a quick fix (at least, he completed it quickly!). I will 100% use this company again for any future needs & if you are smart, you will too!

We had a new heat and air system put in and couldn't be more impressed. We had received quotes from other companies in the metro and Platinum beat them all. We were truly impressed by their quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or install their system.

Ben is a rarity. Honest, friendly, affordable and effective. He saved me about $12,000 by fixing a fan that the other guys assured me couldn't be repaired or replaced (unit was too old, part was no longer in production, etc.). They told me I would have to buy an entirely new system and quoted me a price 40 percent higher than what Ben estimated it would cost for a full replacement. It is an old system, so it's on borrowed time. But when it does go out, I'll be buying a new one from Ben.

Don't let the big guys jack you around. Call Ben first. He'll take care of you.

Ben just upgraded our heat and air units, exhaust, and intake from the old original units and lines. His work and personality were very professional yet also friendly. He's not out to overcharge you like some choking football player. He did the test before leaving and started cooking me then switched the air on and almost instantly cold in the house.
